I firstly want to say that i have been to Sushi Jiro chadstone multiple times. However, today i received one of the WORSE customer service ever!
When i arrived today at 6:30pm, i walked up and waited in the “please queue here” area. The tables looked full so we just waited. But there was no lines and we were NEVER approached but a staff member saying Hi, or telling us how long the wait may be. There were multiple staffs standing around and doing nothing.
When we finally waked in, they just showed us where to sit. The floors were a mess, tissues and rubbish everywhere and my seat was dirty too.
The food was standard as always but there were no Oysters left for the day.
When we finished up, the staff member counted our plates and took us to the pay area. I was opening my phone so she could scan the app but she told me “i cant scan this anymore, i clicked liven pay”. I told her we were able to scan our membership even once we finished paying and she had no idea how to fix it. I myself had to tell her how to do her job in which i told her to “cancel my order and reenter it in”. She did what i told her to do and it worked…
To conclude, its completely embarrassing for a customer to teach a staff how to do their job and it was a horrible experience that was given to us with the rude service and dirty...
Read moreNormally, I order couple during covid lockdown and they were good. But today, I want to sit in at a chadstone branch and have bad experiences about their queue and a staff.
I came about a little over noon and staff informed about 15-20 mins wait that okay. However, after 30 mins I saw couple groups that come after me went before me( they write down name for booking, not stand in queue but I their all time). I talk to staff about why some group go in before me even they come 10 mins after and also I told them that my name is on the old page of booked list. Then, she said like, I remember you and I will put your name on top of new page after many names that already checked. (Means, so many queues gone and I come before them still stand here) After that her friend run and bring back old page to check.
Then, I try to talk with her but she just cut and said She will put me in now, her friend will bring you in without explanation.
My point is YES definitely!! You have to put me in now that the first thing you must do BUT the most important is she never said “Sorry”.
So disappointed with services. I understand when busy, I work in hospitality as well but you should feel sorry when you did wrong.

Read moreThis is not my first time came to sushi , I love to eat sushi and been here for sushi , everything was good , food and delicious staff is friendly before but on last Friday I went to sushi with 7 of my friends and on of the Staff named AMY was so rude I don’t know what going she never smile her body language was so mad with us and she speak so Loud and yelling at us idk what going on , and until I ask her to slow her voice when talking to customer but she didn’t ever see our face and just pass by , they she sent the food also so rude smash at the table , omg I can’t imagine this lady working like this , if we are doing wrong just let us know , we spent almost 200$ to eat not just like sitting and talking , and get this kind of service . And one of my friends just tested her said hey I need separate from other oh noooo she just yelling no u can’t !!!!! Omg she so annoying , and she humming on her language . And I tell one of the worker there and tell about AMY and i reckon if she has problem please don’t treat us like that . And we talk nicely then . But why she reply very rude voice !!!!!!!!!
