I am Indian, so I know a bit about Indian food. Laung Laachi was previously operating as a franchisee of Aangan and known as Aangan Express. The operators have now taken over this restaurant and set it up as Laung Laachi. To be honest the food was ordinary. The 5 star reviews below are probably from well meaning well wishers and friends. I do recognise that the restaurant is new - so I will give it another go. A restaurant run by people of Punjabi heritage needs to get the "chole" absolutely right - it is the measure of how authentic your menu is - sadly for us, it missed its mark significantly. If you’re looking for the best Indian food, this is the place to go! The food was absolutely authentic, flavorful, and worth every penny. The portions were generous, and everything arrived quickly and piping hot. The flavors were just perfect—rich, aromatic, and truly reminiscent of India.
