When there's music playing and other customers lined up behind you, and the checkout staff are whispering at you, asking for payment, or "fries with that"? It make the experience much more rushed and difficult, then it becomes embarrassing. SPEAK CLEARLY if you're serving customers!!!!! It's common sense! 4 registers and they've NEVER BEEN OPEN! !!!!It's got to be the busiest Maccas in Melbourne! !!! It's ridiculous! I live across the street and been there many times (not by choice) and have seen long lines of people, but only ever one register opened! Stupidity. A HINT, if you got to this McDonalds and place an order; check it thoroughly before you leave the counter or store, because I will GUARANTEE that they will make a mistake and leave something out. Hold them accountable. One last thing. ...... If you get mugged, beaten, assaulted or have a serious medical condition in their (McDonalds) outdoor dining area, don't expect help from the employees of this store. They WON'T CALL THE POLICE OR AMBULANCE! You will be totally on your OWN. (I was mugged by a homeless man in broad daylight. A few school kids gave chase and called the police, while McDonalds staff, who were Adults, stood by and did NOTHING!) They don't even have CCTV or any kind of public safety policies.    Read moreThis is my first to give a bad review for one McDonald. Before lockdown until now , I know Mc donald is busy and I happy to wait but today not. I feel so bad impression and I feel very racism from their staff members. Me and my bf go there at 1:47am but their machine were not function to make payments. Then we go to the counter, three girls of front house keep ignore us. I understand because is busy. While we go to the machine to make ordering again. After done ordering is around 1:56am. We getting the number is 121 and waiting on the side. I saw them keep responding to take the local customers. I also understand, a business have to make a relationship with them. Around 2:10am, we feel curious that they are not calling us. They are calling other numbers. We go to counter to ask about our food and they answer coming. Thatâs it and keep ignoring us. And I tell them we are waiting 20mins for a 2pie and 1 mc burger. They simple to give 1mc burger and 1pie. Then we tell itâs wrong food. And the Indian lady out of sorts and give anything she have. And she feel impatient to say us that we tell her wrong food number but I have tell her my order number. She keep on showing the bad face to pass the food to her colleagues and her colleagues simply pass the food to us. And doesnât mention...
