Worst Mcdonald’s experience ever!!!!! As a Mcdoanld’s worker myself I know what the standards of customer experience and quality of food should be and this place is extremely disappointing. I have been here twice with my family and both times I have been very dissatisfied with the outcome. The second and last time I ordered from here, all three meals were dead cold, soggy and looked like they had been sitting there for an hour before being served to us. I ordered a clubhouse meal and the bun was stale, cold and squashed as though it had been stepped on. My mum asked for her fillet-o-fish meal fresh as it had been served to her cold and soggy and then had to wait another 20+ minutes after being told to wait in the parking (which I do not mind) for another 10 minutes. We had to go through three different employees to remind them that we were waiting on our order. To top it all off, I got food poisoning from my meal the next day. Wasn’t hard to tell it was from the McDoanld’s I had as I was on my way from the airport and had not eaten anything all day. Makes me ashamed to work for McDonald’s knowing there are some restaurants as bad as this. Usually do not complain, but this McDonald’s really...

I just went in and ordered one of those classic crispy chicken burgers. I am literally speechless because when I opened the burger it looked EXACTLY like the photograph. The lettuce was spilling out the sides, bright green with little water droplets on it. The cheese was perfectly melty and soft. The sauce amount was perfect with a little tiny bit oozing out the side. The chicken was glistening and golden, with the perfect crunch and juicy inside - and quite hot too! Must have been fresh out the oven. Every bite was like heaven and I think I should kill myself because I am literally done. Can’t even deal with how good that burger was. Thank u so much. I can’t stop licking my fingers. WHOEVER PREPARED THAT BURGER IS SOME KIND OF GOD, YOU HAVE MAGIC HANDS, YOUR DEXTERITY AND FINGER WORK SHOULD BE REWARDED DAILY, I HOPE YOU DO MASSAGE ON THE SIDE. In my 31 years of eating McDonalds, THE APPEARANCE OF ANY BURGER OR MENU ITEM HAS NEVER EVEN SLIGHTLY RESEMBLED ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE ON THE MENUBOARD...

This particular Maccas is one of my long-time go to places at all odd hours as it has good parking.

It is close enough to the CBD to 'park at' while l am waiting for my wife to finish shopping or just looking around the city (which really bores me!).

The staff know what they're doing and most all of them are more than helpful when you have a problem with an item or the chips are cold, etc.

No worries or hassles about rectifying any food or service issues.

This restaurant has a varying range of clients ranging from local hospital staff, parishioners from St Pat's Cathedral, students from Aust Catholic Uni, and a wide range of flotsam and jetsam from Fitzroy and environs.

Huge shoutout for the guy who cleans this Maccas restaurant. He is like the Ever-ready Bunny as he never stops work and he does a very good job even though it can get a bit messy at busy times!
