In the heart of Fitzroy Gardens, nestled amidst the verdant embrace of nature's bounty, lies a sanctuary of wonder and delight—The Conservatory. Step through its threshold and be transported into a realm of unparalleled beauty, where the air is infused with the heady scent of exotic blooms and the warmth of the sun filters through a canopy of lush foliage. Behold, dear traveler, the marvels that await within this hallowed hall! Free entry beckons you forth, inviting you to wander amidst a symphony of colors and textures, as vibrant tropical plants stretch towards the heavens in a dance of life and renewal. Feast your eyes upon the kaleidoscope of hues that adorn each petal and leaf, a testament to the endless creativity of the Divine Gardener. As you meander through this botanical paradise, feel the warmth of the conservatory embrace you like a gentle caress, banishing the chill of the outside world and enveloping you in a cocoon of serenity. Here, amidst the verdant tapestry of ferns and palms, time seems to stand still, allowing you to lose yourself in the tranquil embrace of nature's embrace. Let this enchanted Conservatory be your refuge from the cares of the world, a sanctuary where the soul finds solace and the spirit is rejuvenated. So come, dear friend, and immerse yourself in the splendor of this earthly Eden, where the beauty of creation unfolds before your very eyes, and the wonders of the natural world are laid bare for all to behold.

I only visited twice in 10 years, and both times, it was a wonderful experience. This place is so peaceful and refreshing, it is like reaching in an outside world. The little droplets from the ceiling feel like standing in a tropical forest with wonderful flowerbeds around. The scenery is no less than paradise. This beautiful heritage-listed glasshouse showcasing a wide range of exotic plants. This little place in Fitzroy gardens is an impressive array of flowering plants, palms, and ferns. The lush, well-maintained space is a tranquil escape within the gardens and offers a glimpse of historical garden design. I highly recommend to visit at least once and you will forget all worries for the day. The little fragrance of blooming flowers and the vibrant colors of tropical plants Inside, the conservatory is a lush paradise filled with exotic species, from graceful orchids and palms and ferns. The sunlight filters through the glass panels, casting soft, dappled light across the vibrant greenery. The peaceful ambiance is further enhanced by the intricate design of the space, with winding paths and tranquil seating areas. And there’s a little tub like pond as well. I can’t five much more description. Reaching here is easy: 5-7 mins walk from Parliament station. Park have lot of entrances and tram stops are near. Must visit

The Conservatory, is one of the most popular features of the Fizroy Gardens. It was first opened on 13th March 1930 and the building itself is built in classic Spanish Mission architectural style, complete with adobe colour palette. The Conservatory hosts five spectacular indoor floral displays that are changed five times each year: * Hydrangeas and fuchsias bloom from Nov-Feb * Tuberous Begonias and Gloxinias from Feb-Apr * Tropical plants and Poinsettias from Apr-Jul * Cinerarias and Cyclamens from Jul-Sep, and * Calceolaria and Schizanthus from Sep-Nov It's open daily from 9am to 5:30pm and free to enter. Definitely worth a visit.
