I agree with some of the other comments here that gave it a low score due to the rudeness and lack of customer service by the older woman in the shop. This shop is my close local that I would love to go to for my Saturday morning coffees but this weekend was the last time I will go there because of her. Other staff are friendly and offer great advice on their coffee selection. All of the beans I have bought there have been great. A few weeks ago I bought a take away coffee on a Saturday morning and she made the coffee and I did not end up drinking it because it tasted like the milk was sour.
