Been a few times now.

For the ice cream waffles: I enjoyed the waffle. Crunchy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside. The topping servings are generous. The ice cream isnt the best i've ever had but it isnt too icy and plain like other dessert places that dont specialise in ice cream/gelato ive been, and you get a good amount of it --again unlike other places I've been. Felt like I was getting my money's worth.

For the mochi waffles: If you don't like marshmellows/mochi, I don't recommend this. I got sick of the thick mochi texture halfway through and it gets even harder to eat once it cools down after a few minutes, so don't take your time. Plain mochi inherently doesn't have much flavour (just sugar + flour) and unlike the ice cream waffles, these mochi waffles don't come with toppings, and the mix-ins aren't as generous as with the ice cream waffles. In fact I'm pretty sure they forgot my mix-ins one time --that or it was just that plain. The waffle it self is nice, but not enough to save it for me even after trying it two separate times with different flavours.

For the mochi dip-ins: The mochi is coated in flavour powder, and it comes with small tubs of more flavoured crunchy bits, cream and even ice cream. If you're a fan of mochi i recommend this over the mochi waffles. More flavour/variety, and good for sharing.

For the coconut drink: Just tasted like plain...

Mr Eggette offers a wide range of different flavoured egg waffles, mochi w/ dipping sauce, ice cream and jelly! I came here after dinner for dessert, and was definitely not disappointed to say the least 😗 The location is quite easy to access, just a 10 minute walk (or tram) from Melbourne Central down Elizabeth street towards Queen Victoria Market. I tried the egg waffle with a mix of matcha and vanilla soft serve, with additional strawberries (which were just $1 extra)!! The egg waffle itself was warm, crispy but soft on the inside, and was complemented well with the sweetness of the soft serve 🤤🤤 (which you can choose what you want with the egg waffle). The staff were also nice, and the interior was clean and neat, though was a little quiet when we came which was on a Saturday night.

To conclude, I would definitely recommend this place if you haven’t already checked it out! Though this place is relatively new, I hope it’ll grow to become more popular. I’ll for sure be coming back to try other flavours & maybe their mochi which looks quite enticing...

The shop has a wide variety of items! I thought they only sold egg waffles, but when I went, I found they also sell milk tea, fruit tea, shaved ice, mochi, and ice jelly! We ordered ice cream egg waffles, stuffed egg waffles, soy milk pork floss mochi, and osmanthus wine ice jelly, and everything was delicious! The egg waffles have a golden, crispy exterior and a soft, delicate interior. The texture is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, offering a perfect blend of softness and crunchiness. With each bite, you can taste the rich egg flavor and a subtle sweetness. I highly recommend the soy milk pork floss mochi! The sweet and chewy mochi coated with soy milk powder, topped with nori pork floss, is a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors. The shop's environment is very nice, with tables and sofas available for dining in, making it a great spot for...
