Read moreOrdered whole chicken here on several occasions as its our local outlet. On all occasions we have been served a severed chicken missing either wings, drumsticks or half chopped off breast. Have been told multiple excuses like their store is different to other nandos because their oven causes parts of the chicken to fall off.. and one time the cook tried to explain to me he can give us anything he wants to (like four severed breastfeeding piece and no legs etc) to make up what he feels is a whole chicken. I have been eating Nando's frequently since it first appeared in Australia in Perth. Never once have i had to deal with whole chickens that are far from 'Whole" Chickens.
The customer service makes up for it in part but it shouldn't have to come to this.

Read moreWe walked in before 10 and clearly asked to dine in table for four the guy at the front Reece(Store Manager) made us sit and just when we about to order made us wait until it's 10pm. Since, we waited for food not a single time mentioned not serving at the table. Bring the food as take way, when we asked why he made us wait was referring it's customers duty to read the sign. Even we walked in before take way time starts. When asked him about why he intentionally made us wait until 10 he showed us no care attitude and walked away didn't even talk to us. It's of course customers duty when the sign is on the door but rule doesn't apply before time. So it was his duty to ensure us about the changes of service while inside the premisses. Had to stand outside and eat. Seeing this much negative review looks like Nandos don't even bother about their values and customer experience....
