Negin Asia Halal Bakery — Restaurant in Melbourne

Dear costumers I know most of had a bad experience at our shop but please let me remind you that not only we are rude to our costumers but most of the costumers are also rude they misbehave with us all the time one day a costumer needed to pick up the cake at 4pm but instead he showed up at 7pm and when he showed up at store he started to argue with us he also destroyed our eftose device and also cursed us so of course we had to kick him out we didn't call the police because we know it will make the situation more worse and not only him there are several costumers like this and for those who are complaining that why don't we take orders online or we talk disrespectfully with you guys please understand us it is not our intention we really love our costumers but we are not always available we have so much work to do everyday that is why we don't have time and sometimes you guys noticed we close our shop early because our staff also need time for them self they have family and sometimes a kind of emergency comes which we cant open our shop till 8pm so please understand us. and also a year ago our staff didn't know how to speak English please forgive us it's 2023 now so all our staff can speak...

If I could I wouldn’t have even given a star to their baker. They have two shops and this review goes to their 2nd shop which is their bakery. Their baker is an extremely rude and unprofessional man. Rude doesn’t justify it, he shouts on customers and threaten them that he won’t bake a cake. If you ask what you did that made the baker shout? All I did was to stand and look at the salesperson who took my phone to show the cake design to the baker who was standing in the other room where machines are. I haven’t spoken a word that could made him angry. He shouted because I watched and looked at the other room which the door was open and because the salesperson took my phone and didn’t return. I didn’t even step inside that room. And again it was open coz the room is just next to the counter and anyone can see inside. Terrible Experience – Avoid This Cake Shop!

I had the worst experience at this cake shop! I ordered a small cake and was told to come back in an hour. I arrived on time, but they told me it wasn’t ready yet. Fine, I thought, no problem. But after waiting another 40 minutes, they finally brought me a cake that was an absolute disaster.

The cake was a mess – not at all what I had asked for. The owner was rude and unhelpful, acting like it was my fault for being there on time. The staff didn’t seem to care either. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a bakery, and I will never be returning.
