The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I ordered an iced coffee and the cup is half empty. I asked the, to top it up and they said that's the size the coffee is. I said it seems a little tight and went and sat down to drink it. The woman (who I assume is the owner) came up behind me, took my coffee off me and handed me my money back. I said it's fine and that I was drinking it and she said I couldn't have it and walked off! I don't care how good your food is I won't be going back. used to love this next to the best Signature Pho at DFO. I dined here with my friend on a friday night, and ordered pho saigon. Quality sucked big time. Only 2 pieces of meatball, and the other one broke down in my mouth tasted off. Broth no longer has that good flavour like I've had few months back. Broth tasted just plain salty. Decent place for a quick lunch in Collins Street. We ordered the Pho Tofu + Vegetable ($15.95) and varieties of Rice Paper Roll ($4.50 each).

The Pho was much more expensive than what you can get in other pho places, so it was very disappointing that it was plain and wasn't served with the usual plate of basil, chillies, and lime. I had to add a lot of sauces (which were luckily on the table) to add a bit more flavour.
