Decent place for a quick lunch in Collins Street. We ordered the Pho Tofu + Vegetable ($15.95) and varieties of Rice Paper Roll ($4.50 each). The Pho was much more expensive than what you can get in other pho places, so it was very disappointing that it was plain and wasn't served with the usual plate of basil, chillies, and lime. I had to add a lot of sauces (which were luckily on the table) to add a bit more flavour. The Rice paper rolls, however, were enjoyable and worth the extra price.

Only been in Melbourne for two weeks and work near the Deloitte building on Collin street and didn’t know where to start for good food. Came across Pho Nom and their Pho broth is super tasty and perfect to have on a cold weather and together I had the cafe su da (traditional Vietnamese ice coffee). My lunch buddy got the $12 deal which is on the top left of the Pho noodle, which came with a drink, traditional rice paper roll and mini pho bo (beef noodle in a cup).

Located in a busy area, the price depends on what size you want, the cup size is 8.5$ and the bowl size is 16.5$. About the pho, if this is your first time of trying Vietnamese Food, there is one fact you should know about this restaurant, the beef in pho is definitely overcooked, the normal beef in pho should be very juicy and easy to chew and swallow. This restaurant is not doing so.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I ordered an iced coffee and the cup is half empty. I asked the, to top it up and they said that's the size the coffee is. I said it seems a little tight and went and sat down to drink it. The woman (who I assume is the owner) came up behind me, took my coffee off me and handed me my money back. I said it's fine and that I was drinking it and she said I couldn't have it and walked off! I don't care how good your food is I won't be going back. Considering I had paid for the coffee, I'm pretty sure taking it back without my permission amounts to theft... It's actually ridiculous that you treat your customers this way. No matter how good the food is, your business will flounder if you don't work on your...

used to love this next to the best Signature Pho at DFO. I dined here with my friend on a friday night, and ordered pho saigon. Quality sucked big time. Only 2 pieces of meatball, and the other one broke down in my mouth tasted off. Broth no longer has that good flavour like I've had few months back. Broth tasted just plain salty. In addition to the bad quality of food, staff is so unfriendly and unwelcoming, not a great vibe. I was totally embarrassed to bring my friend to this place hoping it'll be great from my previous experience. I only gave 1 star coz no other lower...
