Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Melbourne

Don't believe the positive reviews they are must be fake to scroll.down the bad reviews. Count you change back as you will get 50c or dollar short almost every time same as 7/11s and petrol stations as usual. And if you want pizza this place is not a pizza place anymore... Ordered 3 large chicken supreme pizza. I wouldn't call it pizza! More like dough with no pizza ingredients on it. 2 what they sell as large is considered small elsewhere. I recommend these people to learn how to make pizza or turn the place into bread shop and not charge $66 bucks for dough Shame on you new management. Never again, 06/2024. People aren't stupid you will be out of business if you don't clean...

First of all terrible service to whoever was in charge on Wednesday, 01 June. I ordered some pizzas at about 10 30pm and time goes by and my order was never picked up, I get a call from this lady telling me that pizza hut closed the door on her and refused to talk to me on the phone, And they continued saying that they already gave the pizza to some other delivery guy a few minutes ago (I'm guessing that they were just lying because they just wanted to go home). Never should a uber driver get treated like that getting the door shut on her without any explanation. What a shame since this was the first time I was ordering from pizza hut, I will never order from this...

Horrible customer service. We went at 10pm and was convinced to buy the larger pasta item, which was a bit more expensive. Waited much longer for it all to cook than anticipated. When we finally got back, and learn that it was a small sized pasta, after all!! Everything else was alright. But, I couldn't contact them until they opened 11:30am the next day. Upon doing so, I get nothing but denial and short-comings from the employee, who basically lied to us in order to save himself the measly 10 bucks or so. Not even an explanation, or apology!! Even with the order obtained and with our correct name's and all. Just a sad, sad waste of our time....
