So it’s not often I bother with writing a review. But when I am completely blown away by an experience, then I will make the effort.. So the 1st thing I have to point out, is that I take meat very seriously, so I am quite critical. But I was nothing short of satisfied with the quality at poseidons grills meat, I was actually more than impressed.. I would even go as far as saying that it’ was the best I’ve ever had as far as street food goes. Also the bread was absolutely amazing! Everything on it was so fresh and tasty! Chips seasoned to perfection, as well as nice and crispy. All I can say is that if you love souvlaki's or kebabs, then do urself a favour and get into poseidons grill! Best in Melbourne! Waited a whooping 38 minutes for a chicken gyro wrap. Food was very good worker was friendly but in no world waiting almost 40 minutes for a wrap is justified, keep in mind it wasn't busy at all and one guy after me ordered and got his food in approx. 10 minutes. So if you are going to stand in front of them or make sure in a way that your food isn't going to be delayed for 40 minutes, go ahead and go for this place. Edit for the owner: I want to clarify that my stated wait time is accurate. I have receipts and time-stamped documentation showing my order was ready 38 minutes after being placed. I’m disappointed that the business is implying this is an exaggeration, it’s not. While I enjoyed the food and the staff member was friendly, the delay was real, and I believe it’s fair for future customers to be aware of the possibility.
