Amazing food, i was not quite sure at the start, however when the dishes started rolling in. There were no regrets each one autentic and better than each other. Crispiest roast duck i have ever tasted. Amazing Sichuan eggplant flavors are just spot on. Cripsy eggplant sweet and spicy sauce to dip into. You cant go wrong. They light there fried icecreams on fire with sugar cubes. IT JUST creates these crispy sugar parts that melt all over the deep fried icecream. Survice is also Perfect staff will try to cater to all your needs. There tea must not be missed compiments all the food. This just toped off our night, just check out all the pics from the epic feed. Nothing had disappointed, also there scalop dumplings are super fresh and so delicious. Cant wait to go back again when in the area.

I was drawn in by the stylish furniture and thought the place had potential. I decided to give it a try and ordered the duck fried noodles. Just two minutes later, the dish was unceremoniously slid onto my table by a waiter who looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. The noodles were undercooked, completely lacking in sauce or flavor, and the duck was practically nonexistent—just a few tiny scraps that felt more like leftovers than an actual ingredient. There was a strange sense of shared resignation in the room, like none of us, staff included, wanted to be there. To top it off, the meal was overpriced for what was essentially a bowl of disappointment. Style without substance. I won’t be returning.

The water feature within the venue adds to an additional touch to the otherwise nicely layout restaurant. Menu selection at lunchtime is done through traditional pen on paper ticks and you find yourself asking did I just order too much. The dishes start piling in and you soon start to feel that you just can’t stop eating or stop enjoying the next piece. In the end you’re full while thinking whether there’s any room left for desert. With its friendly staff I’ll definitely give his place another visit soon.

We went for dinner on the 26/1 for my fathers 60th birthday. We had the most appalling service, I don't think I have ever experienced it so bad. The waiter didn't even converse with us customers and everything seemed to be a bother for him. My father ordered the calamari which was absolutely uneatable, was rubbery, tough and everyone on the table tried to eat it but couldn't even be chewed. When we told the waiter, he firstly disregarded our concern and walked off to help another table rather than deal with our concern, to then the other waiter rudely taking the dish away and throwing the meal down on the opposite bench behind us. was incredibly unprofessional. No apologies or alternatives offer. Our other dishes were actually lovely, however the service was appalling and below standard. We have dined here and had great service and have referred people to this restaurant. Following this experience we will not be returning and will ensure we inform those we have referred the same....

We dined yesterday at The Potsticker with our friends whom we have known for more than 50 years back in Hong Kong . We selected from its rich menu steamed barramundi fillet, deep fried rockling fillet in light batter served with sweet and sour sauce, stir-fried snow pea served with sweet soy sauce, Chinese broccoli wok stir-fried with Chinese yellow rice wine and ginger, Nyonya crispy chicken, garlic king prawn, and beef fillet with black pepper sauce. Our guest liked to have deep-fried pineapple tempura style with vanilla ice cream (instead of banana on its dessert menu) - he was readily served the off-menu item as requested.

We were all quite satisfied with the quality of the dishes, the service, and the ambience of The Potsticker. We wish to thank its management and staff for the...
