Wonder Sushi-Melbourne — Restaurant in Melbourne

We did a take out. Had the Japanese pork katsu don and sweet and sour chicken and it came out pretty fast. It was defiantly made fresh as it was steam hot after we were back home and serving was generous for the price we paid. The food was surprisingly really good and very filling. Service was nice and friendly.

Had karaage today and it was very freshly made and just delicious.😋

Would defiantly recommend if you want something nice and quick for good price. It’s a Japanese restaurant but they also do have few Chinese...

A great spot for good food! Having only been once the Chicken Katsu Udon was delicious! The panko deep fried chicken was so crispy and juicy, reminded me of the Croquettes I had in Japan! There was a generous amount of sauce and it was a very filling portion. The udon itself was bouncy and flavourful. The unagi was also very rich and tasty. Had lunch at Wonder Sushi and tried the chicken teriyaki don & chicken katsu curry. The katsu curry was a standout; generously portioned with a rich, flavourful, thick curry sauce & crispy fried chicken. The teriyaki chicken however, was smaller in size & the teriyaki sauce was a bit on the thinner side. Both dishes were freshly cooked & the menu offered a wide variety of options, including sushi on display. Would definitely return to explore more of their dishes & Japanese...
