Zambrero South Yarra — Restaurant in Melbourne

I honestly don't know what happened to Zambrero. A year ago wherever branch I go. I used to get this big fat burrito, that is worth every cent I pay. And I used to really tell everyone about it and how amazing it is. The last 4 or 5 visits. I went few times to South Yarra branch and balaclava. Everyone seems that they hate their job, they either busy laughing with each other or they look annoyed. I usually order the large burrito, its almost half serve of what we used to get. I ordered burrito today from SY branch. The black rise was hard as rock and the chicken had a weird taste.

Well it’s exactly 2:40pm on 17/2/24 when I entered this paticular store first thing we get is are you here for Uber? Seriously just because I am a brown skin ? Right after me 2:43pm there was white lady with a helmet came in and she was not asked if she is from but guess what yes she is from Uber.

This is so unfair and humiliating infront everyone in the store. And guy with long hair not using head gear such unhygienic way to serve .

If you are Indian or any brown skin you may have to face same situation .

And by the way I got two veg bowls and they are not fully filled !! Obviously we don’t care about that even after we paid 13.90 for one bowl . We just expect respect...

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Pablo at Zambero, and I have to say, it was hands down the best experience I’ve had so far! From the moment I walked in, Pablo greeted me with a warm smile and made sure I felt welcome. His attention to detail and knowledge of the menu were impressive, offering great suggestions and explaining the ingredients in a way that made me excited to try new things. The food came out quickly and was perfectly prepared — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. Pablo’s friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly made my visit stand out.
