McDonald's Moree — Restaurant in Moree

My experience at the Moree Maccas is one I wish to forget. I had stopped at this macdonalds store midway through my 9 hour trip for what I thought would be a satisfying and relaxing meal. However this is not what I received. To start with, I was greeted with unenthusiastic sadness at the voice box. Continuing my journey onto the first window where the lady did not make any eye contact with me and I struggled to hear how much she was charging me because she was facing her computer. Moving onto the second window, I thought maybe my experience would improve, only to find out that it didn't. They gave me the wrong sized drinks, then I checked my meal and they forgot to give me one serve of chips and the chips we did receive were cold, stale and half full anyway. The lady at the second window was just as unenthusiastic as the first. They obviously didn't want to be there. At this point I didn't think it could get any worse until I opened the box of my grilled classic chicken burger to reveal that I had been given crispy chicken. I could not have been any more upset with a macdonalds experience and would like to express my sadness. I am not angry, I am just dissapointed. I wish I had gone to KFC instead and recommend this to any people...

Terrible terrible terrible. For fast food it was bloody terrible...a looooong 20 minute wait as did the people before me wait. When the order arrived it was missing an item and included a fanta instead of a coke drink. That was quickly rectified (it was as well it was an eat in meal). The chicken wrap...the most horriblest wrap I have ever eaten. I threw most of it out- tasteless with soggy lettuce wrapped in a soggy wrap. After telling the manager, who became offended, that the wrap was horrible he eventually conceded it must have been in the steamer for too long. WHY WAS THE WRAP IN THE STEAMER?????? I refused a replacement wrap (how could I trust the next wrap would be any different?) And refused my money back. Just a terrible day for...

Very very hit & miss with this store. May not always have promotional items available for example mega mac was not available here. It is rare to have you meal hot & fresh. I have used the drive through once and never again, i had received flat warm coke with cold under cooked oily fries and a cold dismantled burger was so angry as there is nowhere else to eat after 11pm. So if you're traveling through on a long journey dont bother stoppong here at night. During the day is hit & miss. A bit slack on tidy tables at times especially on the weekend. Bathroom is a scary place despite i see a janitor there all the time, wonder what he dose? One female toilet available which is extremely tiny and grotty. Good location,...
