We ordered takeaway and were really disappointed. They forgot the noodles in our tomyum noodle lunch set, which was frustrating enough. When we called, there was no apology , just a promise to deliver the missing item and call when they arrived. They ended up didn't go and never called, so we were left waiting with no idea what was going on.

We had to call them up one more time . Their first offer was a $2 refund on a $14.50 meal, which felt pretty insulting cause a noodle soup without noodles ???? What am I supposed to do with the soup? When we said "No, this doesn’t make sense. You promised to deliver the food but then didn’t show up or let us know, and now you're offering a $2 refund with no apology. At this point, I’m not happy. I’ll bring the soup back and get a full refund." However they hung up on us.

Eventually, we left a review , then they said they'd give a full refund and requiring us to delete the review as a deal. The issue should’ve been resolved far more quickly and professionally. They broke their promise to fix things promptly, so I think it’s only fair I leave an honest review. Better customer service would have made all the difference. Also adding up ,it's been a while, and we still haven't received anything.

Awesome Thai food here!! I especially like the Tom Yum Fried Rice even though it is HOT!! Thai spiciness is on a different level :) But it's so addictive that you can't stop eating it. It is fragrant and freshly cooked with genuine Thai herbs, spices, and sauces. The Pad Thai is another enjoyable favourite while other classic Thai dishes offered here are equally tasty and the portions are generous. It can be hard to pick something to order, really! I always look forward to getting some food here every time I'm in town. The prices are reasonable, and we get warm, friendly service from the lovely ladies on the floor.
