First time visiting Tom’s Providore and Wine Bar and walked away completely amazed and thrilled with what will now become my new favourite venue. The building has been tastefully renovated and is welcoming as soon as you approach the front door. The well spaced out tables and layout creates a wonderful atmosphere with music and chat building a wonderfully inviting vibe. We ordered the mushroom arancini, chorizo and potato croquet, and the duck pate and bread with an accompanying Riesling recommended by the hosts. All three dishes were amazing and the presentation was simple but effective. We also tried the double smoked chorizo and pancetta which also bowled us over. The tapas style offerings where generous and fed us both beautifully. The range and variety of local produce on the shelves was glorious and we collected a few on the way out. The staff were friendly, efficient and added to the vibe of what was a bustling engaging night out. Will be back again with all our friends in tow to show them the fabulous place we will be visiting regularly, cannot recommend it highly enough. 5 out of 5...
