We’ve been here several times now and had a great experience every time. We’ve eaten in a couple of times, had cocktails, ordered takeaway to our room and also had breakfast a few days in a row. Every meal was fresh and flavourful and they have a salad buffet option when you order certain mains which is a super cool idea. Staff are lovely and service is fast. There’s a cocktail menu full of unique options as well as the classics and what I’ve tried was delicious. The setting is also really nice, on the beach and lots of sweet, polite quokkas hangin around. There’s plenty of tables and a variety of seating. Just a great experience all round, and I’m really very surprised the review star rating isn’t higher. They deserve better!

Friday night date night at Pinkys was exceptional! Their new winter menu is an absolute winner. Started with Bread, olive oil and cured meats, shared some awesome pork belly bites with nan jim, herbs and roasted peanuts and lamb shank with mash and a red wine jus and mint oil. Greens on the side and to finish with a coffee we had fig date pudding with caramel sauce and icecream, with my wife having chocolate mint mousse with almond shortbread and cream. The service was friendly and prompt without being pushy. We've been to Pinkys a heap of times, but this winter menu is fantastic. Give it a try. Prices were also very reasonable for the Island. Thanks so much. We'll be back in a few weeks time for sure.

Visited on 5th April 2021 - Great location but paid $42 for a steak that was not cooked through consistantly (asked for medium rare and it came out part moo-ing and part chewy) with just 3 stalks of brocollini. No potatoes, no chips. Nothing. When I expressed my disappointment to the manager, we (both me and my partner ordered the same meal) were given a small bowl of Birds Eye crinkle chips (no joke - that's exactly what they were!) when we should've been given one each to begin with. You can't charge fine dining price when the place isn't exactly a fine dining restaurant! Make it worth people walking half way across the island for your food and give people a fulfilling meal for the price they pay.

So the location and club itself is lovely. There's a beach that you can walk up some stairss and right into the bar/outdoor dining area. It has a great beachy feel with umbrellas and outdoor furniture.

I booked a table for 8 for a work lunch. I had it booked and confirmed months ago, however when we arrived they didn't have my booking. Luckily we got there early-ish thinking we could maybe grab a drink before having lunch. They were very prompt in pushing two tables together for us, but if we had arrived just in time for the booking they probably wouldn't have been able to accommodate us.

You need to order and pay for food at one bar, and drinks at another, they will deliver both to your table.

The food itself was pretty good. We ordered a few serves of the lobster tacos, fried calamari, pork belly, fish and chips, and charcuterie board.

Lobster tacos were nice, you get two tacos with a side salad. There's nice big chunks of lobster in the taco and the flavours were nicely balanced.

Pork belly was sticky and tender with a kind of crispy skin. The fish and chips were fine - pretty standard. Calamari was really crispy on the outside and had a nice texture, it was deep fried with garlic and curry leaves. The charcuterie board was a bit different, with kangaroo salami, it had a good variety of meats and good portion of bread came with it. There were quite a few wait staff delivering the food to the table and it all came out in a timely manner. After the food was delivered nobody came to check that everything was alright, which is usually fine, but if someone had asked I would have brought up our unhappiness with the drinks we got.

We ordered a few different drinks and mostly they were fine. Our table got 5 pina colada mocktails. Nobody was very happy with them, they were very water with hardly any pineapple flavour and not sweet like you would expect a fruity drink to be. I waited in line at the bar to double check if they were made correctly, and what was in them because out of 5 mocktails nobody liked them. The bar staff just said that's how we make them. There was no resolution offered she mentioned something like we use 150ml coconut cream and 90ml pineapple juice and some syrup. For $14 a glass I would have hoped for some kind of fix. Even if they just topped up the glass with pineapple juice (I had brought it back 2/3 full after we finished the meal) I just left it and didn't finish the drink.

Overall it was a nice meal, but how the drinks issue was handled and then not having our booking kind of left a not so great...

We visited in February and stayed in the eco tents. When we went for our breakfast in the morning we waited 40 minutes after ordering before checking with staff that our food was coming. They first tried to tell us we hadn’t ordered and then later discovered they didn’t send the docket to the kitchen. We waited over a hour total for undercooked bacon and cold eggs. We visited again this time in August, we went to Pinky’s for an afternoon beer giving it a second chance. The man working behind the bar charged us $16 for a lemon lime and bitters with vodka. When I questioned the price he said it’s normal and how he’s always done it and laughed at me. I went and told me partner and she said I should ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. When the bar manager came out he was very unprofessional, not even offering a refund or compensation for the extra charge and not looking at me when talking. I then asked if I could use the $6 I had been over charged towards another drink. Almost reluctantly they agreed. Then they tried to overcharge me AGAIN for the next drink. After the bar manager handed me my drink he said “no worries g”, which I couldn’t imagine a more unprofessional name for a paying customer.

The customer service here was rushed, unprofessional and overall not worth going back again. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because...

Booked a table at Pinky's. Reception ladies were lovely and some ladies at the bar/cafe during the day were nice. Booking online, I thought their computer system was great. We ticked the boxes for a highchair, birthday and engagement. We arrived and the highchair was there so off to a great start though it was empty. We got our drinks and they were nice but a bit pricey but we expected that going to a very touristy spot. When we order our dinners I told my partner before the first bite touched my mouth that I could feel the potatoes were slightly under cooked. He noticed my lamb was under cooked as well as he is very talented and knows how to cook lamb. I tasted his chicken and it was the opposite dry and overcooked. My partner noticed the table next to us the lady order the same thing as me and hardly touched it and sent it back. My partner said he noticed the cook shrug off the review. I was starving and it was late and we also had a baby to get to bed so I ate it but I did let the male waiter who was pleasant, know we weren't very pleased with the meals that we paid $83 for. The female waitress seemed as if she really didn't want to be there Regardless, accommodation cool for glamping but save your money and try a different restaurant on Rottnest. Drinks are however ok to...
