Horrible experience, to the guy with the hat backwards looks like he doesn't know what he was doing.

We requested for chocolate ice cream and without asking us if we want add ons started putting it in the cup (with a struggle) once we asked for them he scooped it out of the cup. He started putting the toppings in and using his finger to push them in and off the spoon - using only one metal spoon to add it together looking as though he gave up on it.

In the end we paid for it in shame embarrassed with this experience, it just ended up In the bin as a waste as we couldn't get out quicker

The place looks unsanitary and doesn't look like it's been cleaned at all, with staff who don't know what they are doing.

Came in with my friend today and the floors were filthy there was rubbish and sticky stuff all over the floor. When we walked in we weren’t greeted by the two workers standing out the front. Another employee came to the front from the back and was eating food and the employees were talking about how she is always eating the toppings etc. infront of us when we were waiting to order. We had to start the conversation/order with the employees who rushed us and didn’t smile once. All of the employees were standing around talking and saying dibs not cleaning the tables etc. The prices are also ridiculous for what you are getting. Went there 26/11/23 with my kids. The dirtiest store I have ever been in. Every surface, every part of the store looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned for many weeks. The tables outside were so disgusting. Very poor reflection on this businesses care for customers. Worse than any third world country I had ever been to. The kids working there obviously didn't want to be there the young girl was very rude in manner. If any incident or emergency happened would be a disaster based on ages of the staff. Owner should be ashamed leaving such a young crew unsupervised. Ice cream was good however not sure if I could venture in there again given the total lack of any standards in regards to...
