BE CAREFUL * if you have a dietary restriction!

I’ve order a take away burger, which it was ready fast so giving 4 stars for service - got to the place there was no one there, only a couple of orders from uber eats - so they were not busy. When I’ve ordered over the phone, I’ve asked if they had GF bread they said ‘yes’ - when I got home and started eating I’ve noticed the bread was not gf ( I can get very sick from eating gluten - so I’ve took the bread away) If that was not enough, the burger tasted like cheap meat. I could not finish because the flavor was horrible. Immediately after eating a few bites my mouth and tongue were swollen. 😓

It was a terrible experience, with a clear lack of care for customers health.

Pretty disappointing service and food.

Three kids joking around behind the counter. Hardly any customers in there and only one waiting for an order, yet when our order was ready the girl yelled our name and stared at us behind the counter instead of walking the 5 steps to our table to deliver it. Three people behind the counter with no orders when we arrived but the tables were dirty.

Beef patties were smashed and cooked nice and crispy, but the burger lacked any other flavour, it just tasted like grease. Needed a relish or some sort of sauce to cut through the grease.

Today was my first time here, after seen the reviews I said we gonna give them a shot. The missed the target so bad. 1 bacon cheeseburger $18 and it was the tasteless burger I ever had the only taste I can feel it was the the raw red onion and also try their cheesy loadedfries that came with melted cheese, bacon and again raw red onions came with a sparkling of bacon and almost non existent melted cheese non said I paid $18. This place its to expensive for the quality of the food to be honest I would prefer pay $5 and get a cheese Burger from Maccas. Hope they can fix this bit unfortunately I won't be touching this...
