The staff were so lovely, and the amount of food was mind-blowing. We stuffed our faces with pita to start, but would have appreciated being told to hold back as the food just keeps coming 😂 Each dish was well thought out, and my allergies were easily accommodated. I would have liked a couple of mocktails on the menu, but the listed cocktails were very well described.

I really loved not have to make any food choices - you just sit down and the food starts appearing. My only menu recom mendation is something green (vege or salad) with the main course. The Dubai torte was delightful, as were the beef sambusas. The ricotta pastry dessert could have used some seasoning in the cheese, and the lamb should was a little pasty.

The restaurant is nicely laid out, with plenty of space between tables. The outdoor deck looks lovely, and I imagine it would be nice in cooler weather. It wasn't too loud, even as the restaurant began to fill up. Next time I will request a booth though, they looked super comfy and nice.

The food was served with decent breaks in between each course, and the waitstaff let us know to request longer breaks if we needed. I never felt rushed or hurried.

It is something different for Townsville, and it seems more restuarants are going with the set menu options. This is different in that there is no ala carte options, just the set menu (with alterations for vego, gluten free, and allergies (using the vego menu)). The price is high at $110 per person, but we felt it was worth it for both the quality and quantity of food. I really hope people give them a go, you certainly will not go...

I was really looking forward to breakfast at Levanti, but the whole experience was let down by the way the café operates. You have to order and pay at the counter, which isn’t unusual, but at the prices they’re charging I expected a more polished and attentive experience. The dining experience is poor, with very little interaction from staff.

The menu descriptions are minimal and don’t clearly explain what’s actually included in each dish. I see other reviewers have commented on this too. When my meal arrived, it looked great but I quickly realised I hadn’t been given a spoon. There wasn’t any on the tables or a station nearby, so I had to get back in line behind 2 coffee orders to ask for one. By the time I finally got it, my breakfast had gotten cold.

Meanwhile, several staff members were standing around or slowly tidying rather than helping customers who were clearly waiting or looking confused. The counter ordering experience gave the impression of poor organisation and a lack of care for the dining experience.

The front of the menu promises an unforgettable dining experience, but that wasn’t my experience on this visit.

For the price, I expected better service, clearer communication, and some attention to basic details like ensuring customers have what they need. The food itself might have been fine when hot, but the process of getting and enjoying it was frustrating from start to finish.

Since writing my review I have been alerted to their QR code ordering system which may have made the experience better. But unfortunately our table didn’t have one so we weren’t...

Went her last night for an early Xmas party Cocktails were nice. Dessert was nice But very disappointing in many ways , first guests arrived and took 30 minutes to get the first order of drinks , and it wasn’t busy at all The kataifi wrapped prawns were tasteless no seasoning and none supplied on the table but the the sauce was good The lamb was amazing but a matchbox size with 2 potato croquettes was all you get The dessert was beautiful the Dubai tart and the kataifi with honey rose water and cheese was incredible for mains most that had the linguine with bugs said the bug was definitely frozen as was mushy with no taste The service maybe needs some training. We were waiting for drinks all the time and we were placed only 1 metre from the bar, the vegetarian options were all mixed up and not enough available and then coffee was spilled over one of the guests Overall experience wasn’t a good one and definitely would not go back prices aren’t bad for the expectation of it been fine dining but it’s a 6 for me The service maybe needs be better for less guests but the definitely can’t cope with a...

Me and a few mates went to Levanti in for breakfast last weekend, and it was bloody good! There was a bit of a line, so we used the QR codes at the table to order. We were starving, so we got a heap of food like shakshuka, big breakfast, eggs benedict, a panini, and wrap. Took about 35-40 minutes to come out, which wasn’t too bad. Everything tasted awesome and super fresh. My mate asked for extra bread with his shakshuka, and they brought out warm pita bread, no charge, which was nice. The staff kept our water topped up without us even asking, which was great. Their baristas are good and Campos is my favourite coffee brand, my mocha was perfect, just the right temp. The waterfront view was cool. The staff were really friendly, always checking in with a smile and making sure we were sorted. Only thing I’d change is turning the music up a bit, think it’d make the place feel even livelier. We’ll definitely be back!
