We dropped in to have lunch after visiting some galleries near by. The cafe was open and well lit. Greenery throughout, a nice comfy vibe. The menu was simple, options for a range of dietary needs. We got the lobster roll and prawn burger with calpsi lychee blue pea flower soda and coffee frappe. Loved both drinks, was worried it will be too sweet but actually the soda was well balanced! Towards the end the ice melted so fast though and started diluting the drink. The lobster roll was worth the price, beautiful presented and was hearty without it being heavy. Soft airy rolls, the soft omelette was cooked perfect, gooey inside. While there was caviar, you can’t taste it very much, the lobster salad had overpowered it. Scallops were just cooked to still have a bit of bit and not stringy. Highly recommend. My friend had her ebi burger which was served with a massive side of sweet paprika chips. I had some chips and there were also wonderful. Will...
Read moreTucked away near the University of Sydney, this Taiwanese-owned café offers a cozy, minimalistic space with a homely vibe. It’s quite popular — when I visited, many items like their salmon dishes were already sold out, which shows just how in-demand this place is.
I ordered the Chicken Bibimbap, which came with fresh ingredients and a well-balanced special sauce. It was light yet flavorful, with a generous portion size that left me full and satisfied. I also had a Matcha Latte, which was rich in tea flavor without being overly sweet — perfect for a leisurely sip. The owner is super friendly, and you can really feel the passion put into the food.
A perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or healthy meal while relaxing for an afternoon. I’ll definitely come back to try their signature Taiwanese-style egg...

One of the best (if not the best) matcha lattes in Sydney, food is always to an excellent standard, the creativity and balance with the dishes is excellent. Just the right amount of everything. Today I went to get a matcha latte, I realized I hadn't eaten lunch yet and just asked the owner to make me whatever he thinks, I came home with an amazing soba noodle bowl with edamame, kale salad, soft egg, tender juicy chicken and all the accompanying condiments (a mild hot sauce, sesame etc.) complemented well. I've also had the roti breakfast several times which is a fun spin on bacon and eggs for sure -...
