Mixed feelings about my experience. I've dined and have had takeout from your establishment. While there were some positive aspects, the inconsistencies in service, food quality, and order execution were disappointing.

The quality of the food it a hit or miss. Some dishes were delicious and well-prepared, and some were underwhelming and subpar. This inconsistency in food quality detracted from the overall experience.

Furthermore, the execution of the order was problematic. The kitchen seemed to struggle with getting the orders right, as we received incorrect dishes multiple times. This not only caused delays but also added to the overall frustration and confusion. It was disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.

Finally, if you put the wrong condiments/topping on the sandwiches or wraps or food you cannot simply scrape the sauce from the food and expect the customer not to taste it or notice it. ~ It lacks care and respect towards the customer. And It becomes all about...

I went to this café and ordered a mango smoothie with milk. Instead, I was given a banana smoothie. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff got upset and insisted we had asked for banana. They reluctantly agreed to change it, but the new smoothie tasted like plain milk, with no mango flavor at all.

I brought this up again, and the person in charge started arguing with us in a very unprofessional manner. She claimed she had told us the smoothie wasn’t made with milk—which never happened (especially considering she got the original order wrong).

In the end, we wasted our money on a drink that wasn’t even close to what we asked for. While we were there, we also saw other customers complaining about similar issues.

This place clearly doesn’t know how to handle customer service. Unless you want to be treated poorly and leave disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend...

I've been eating here frequently for several years. The staff are friendly and cheerful people that serve good food at reasonable prices. Most places in North Sydney charge $3.00 - $3.50 for a can of drink. At Anna's it's ~$2. Some places in North Sydney have pre-cooked eggs & bacon for their Breakfast Wraps & Burgers. They reheat them when you order so you end up with rubbery egg and sad bacon. Anna's staff cooks them fresh for each order. My bacon was crispy and my yolks were slightly gooey: The way a B&E roll should be!! I've also had their Ham & Cheese croissants which personally, I thought were better than the ones I've bought from the cafe's in the Greenwood plaza. Lower price, bigger size and tasted great.
