The bread is still good, but the staff has to be constantly reminded of the basics hygiene standards. Is not pleasant to do so, because they get upset and the customer feels uncomfortable. I hope the managers encourage them to be more active on simple hygienic habits and the customer don't need to ask them to clean their hands after touching cash or rubbing...

Whilst I appreciate companies employing young workers and giving them the opportunity to develop valuable work skills, they need to be trained in dealing with customer care.
