#I have just commited a big crime# I purchased one ordered from one stuff then the staff took the ordered and disappeared for awhile. I waited for hime to come back to order more. Then a lady staff saw me and asked so I made another order. She gave me the price then I told that I have one order hasnt been paid. As soon as I finished the sentence, she shook her head and appeared to be annoyed by me.( facial expression 😒)

Me:" Is there any problem" I asked. staff:" Yes,there is a problem" She reply. There was no customer to be serves. There were two staff available. Apprently, I should have waited for the same staff to serve me. I dont mind to pay twice for two staff if cause too much problem. When that guy came back he confirmed that I created a big problem for the shop and it cant be solved and the world will end soon. I tried to resonate the he just quickly ended the conversation abruptly.I have been using many seafood stores . Any staff will get the order then added up in total. I dont understand these staff. She chose to have ago with a customer who made two orders with two staff when there are plenty of staff on the floor with no customer. I am a regular customer because it is convenient for me ,well I dont mind to travel to Burwood plaza for three more shops to choose. I am surprised that you have a nerve to #@%#&$pull the frustrated face to a customer when simply fix the problem. I wish the owner will be so proud of your...

Just witnessed a male worker serve a customer by putting raw prawns into a plastic bag, wrapping it up, giving it to the customer and then picking up the $20 note placed on the counter by the customer straight into the till. All this, WITHOUT GLOVES. Owner was well aware of this as he also was there. Forget the pandemic, how on earth are these male workers allowed to handle raw seafood and cash at the same time with their bare hands. Male worker continued serving customers without gloves and without wiping or washing his hands. DISGUSTING. All the money in the till will have raw seafood on it. Note: All female workers were wearing gloves at the time. All male workers including the owner were not wearing gloves. Will make sure I record on my phone next time to post...

Ordered lunch here - fish & chips (basa), calamari & chips, and seafood salad. The food was nice and fresh. The chips were crispy with just the right amount of chicken salt. The seafood salad had plenty of prawns and was delicious and light. While waiting I checked out the other seafood available. Lots to choose from and really fresh looking. Pricing maybe more than supermarket but a much larger selection.

The downside is seating in the area. Eateries around Coles reserve seating which makes it tricky to fund somewhere to sit and eat when purchasing from an outlet such as this with minimal seating available.
