Café Sienna — Restaurant in Sydney

We went to the ONA coffee side of the shop to purchase 200g ONA coffee beans. They charged us 38 instead of the usual 28 for 2 bags of 200g. We realized the price difference after we left and went back to ask about it a week later.

The two guys checking were saying 'oh it should've been 28' and wanted to talk to us, but the lady quickly rushed in from the back and said it was a price hike from the supplier. The price hike of $5 per bag of 200g beans isn't a very good excuse when your own staff already said otherwise. We didn't argue and walked off.

We want to support local business, but with integrity like this, there's no more support. Will never even purchase a single coffee...

Service - 4/5. Prompt courteous, informative and pleasant . Coffee - 4/5 Better than other Campos brand coffees I've tried. Quite nice flavor not watery. Bacon egg roll - nice filling not dry. Decent 4/5 Price - 12 bucks fimor above combo is good considering going prices elsewhere. Summary. Nice food nice coffee pleasant experience. Seem to be quite a few custkmers who buy from them judging how busy (seen quite a few people carrying trays of coffees on my way past) they are compared to the three other coffee places nearby (well ok Donut joint is half a coffee imho hehe). Best mushroom bruschetta dish, 10/10. One of my favourite foods I’ve ever eaten. Partner had the avocado bacon melt he rated it 6.2/10. I thought it was quite nice but basic. We had fresh pineapple juice too which was lovely and refreshing! Only bad thing is that it is in a shopping centre so the atmosphere isn’t the best and it’s a bit loud.
