Bar Zini — Restaurant in Sydney

Thought I would try my luck with a spontaneous dinner Friday night. It was drizzling and the only table they had left was outdoors in the rain. I said I would take it for now whilst I wait for my friend to arrive. (Note they do not take bookings). As the rain started to get heavier, two more people arrived requesting a table. The waitress pointed at my table and said that’s the only one left, or there is this one here and pointed at a table for 2 indoors. Naturally, they took the indoor table. Despite the fact I was clearly wanting a table (obviously not in the pouring rain) and had arrived first. As the rain started bucketing down, 2 more people arrived and the waitress graciously allowed them to go upstairs. My friend arrived then and given the atrocious service, we went across the road to the pub which did a great barramundi. I will never go back to Bar Zini with its snobby...

My husband & I have been coming here for 2 years (in the beginning of our ventures here, I always had too much Lindt cakes & goodies and I always liked giving them to the staff here because they're so friendly)!

Chef Damian & staff produce amazinggggggg food and assure premium service. I love that the menu changes according to what Damien feels like cooking, and I also love that I am never ever ever disappointed with the food. Damien & staff always deliver & each time surprise me with HOW GREAT THE FOOD TASTES! I'm so thankful Bar Zini exists. It's truly one of the absolute best places to wine & dine in Sydney. A few of my all time favs are the Squid Ink Linguine w/ Mussels and the glorious Fresh Fig, Prosciutto & Rocket Pizza.... not to mention the mind-warping Banaoffee...... I think I died and went to heaven...

Zini is a gem of a restaurant! My friends and I have been coming here for years, and we have never been disappointed. The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is impeccable. The ambiance is perfect for a casual night out with friends or a romantic dinner with a loved one.

Every time I dine at Bar Zini, I feel like I am transported to Italy. The attention to detail in the dishes is unparalleled, and the flavors are bold and authentic. The wine selection is also excellent, and the staff is always happy to recommend a pairing that perfectly complements the meal.
