Ah, Bianchini's. The siren song of their espresso machine lured me in, and I'm glad it did. This Elouera Beach gem serves up a double espresso with a crema so good, you could write your name in it (and I almost did). The taste? A delightful tango of acidic sweetness with a fleeting bitter note that disappears faster than my dignity after a few too many Aperol Spritzes.

The takeaway coffee was just as consistent, perfect for a caffeine-fueled stroll along the beach, pretending I actually surf instead of just awkwardly wading in the shallows.

Service? Fast, efficient, and served with a smile that could melt the polar ice caps. Speaking of melting, the ham and cheese croissant was pure molten, gooey perfection. Crispy, sweet, smoky...it was basically the Beyoncé of pastries.

Now, the big breakfast. The hash brown was a crispy delight, the mushrooms bursting with flavour, and the chorizo had a firmness that would make a personal trainer proud. The tomato, though firm, was seasoned to perfection, a peppery punch in the face (in a good way). But alas, the poached eggs, while cooked to runny perfection, were a bit bland, like they'd spent a bit too long meditating and forgotten to bring any flavour back with them. The bacon? Well, it was bacon. Salty, soft, and did exactly what bacon should do. The avocado was ripe and spreadable, and the toast, while not as crispy as I'd hoped, was a decent vehicle for the aforementioned avocado.

Overall? Bianchini's is a winner. Great coffee, top-notch service, and a view that makes you want to ditch your responsibilities and become a beach bum. Just maybe skip the poached eggs and opt for the scrambled instead. You...

Nice cozy place, beach 🏖 front, the food is good, the location is wonderful and the prices are QUITE honest...yes QUITE...DO NOT BUY THEIR SPARKLING WATER!!! This is the short story: one of the staff (a girl in dark shirt - not one of the newest there) when I pointed at the fact that the $7 dollar sparkling water they make using the machine that filters and add CO2 to tap water was not sparkling, as asked, and had a weird taste, instead of checking if that bottle has been sitting open for a while and offer me to BUY another one a San Pellegrino...we both pointed at the fact that it really had a weird taste, but she didn’t bother and looked almost anointed by the request. This place could have been a 5 stars 🌟 - even for a credited Google Guide like me - but selling carbonated tap water @ $7 and not bothering changing it when pointing that it wasn’t good enough it’s REALLY disappointing; I had the same water in other restaurants, for FREE or for just $3/4, and I have a similar one at home...they left it open in the fridge or did not changing the CO2 bottle in the machine. You were very good with the food but you definitely drowned your stars in a...

As regulars we had a very unfortunate experience with the service here this morning and will not be returning in near future. The waitress argued with my husband as we were told we had to wait for a table ( even though cafe was maybe 30-40% full). She came over 2 times to argue with us and we said please do not serve us anymore and her response “ happily”. We asked to speak to her manager where she then came back and said “ my manager is busy at the moment, she will come over once she’s finished making coffees” - the manager never came over during the hour we were there. Further to this my coffee had to be sent back twice as it was curdled - and I didn’t drink. I was also given a smoothie with full cream milk even though ordered almond and was half way through before I got told. Overall a very disappointing experience due to the customer service. I would recommend giving your team some training on how to provide customer service to your customers so others do not experience your team members attitude resulting in a disappointing experience and representing your business in this...

Bianchini’s at Elouera Beach is a good choice for a meal with a great beachside location. I ordered the Turkish eggs: well-cooked fried eggs with creamy yogurt, sautéed spinach, garlic mushrooms, and a flavorful smoked chili butter. The toasted sourdough was fresh and paired well with the dish. I also ordered the hot chips, which were crispy and seasoned just right. The location is a big draw, but it’s also why the place gets VERY busy, especially during peak times. The noise level was pretty high, and service, while semi-friendly, struggled to keep up. It took so long to get the check that we eventually went up to the register ourselves. Overall, I’d say it’s a 3.75, but since that’s not an option, I’m rounding up to 4 stars. The food is good, the setting is great, but the noise and slower service make it more of a convenient stop than a destination for me. I would reconsider going again but earlier in the day to avoid peak-hour busyness.
