1. Ran in out of the pouring rain. We were soaking wet. Told to go back out and use different door. OK, I understand it was a COVID thing but the guy could have been more pleasant about it. 2. Ordered a burger. Nice flavours and great chips but bun soggy. 3. Ordered cappuccinos. All out of full cream milk, had to have skinny ones. 4. Cappuccinos all spilt in saucers upon delivery. 5. Cockroach ran beside our table. Waitress had to shoo it away upon our request. Perhaps they were just having a bad day, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give 3 stars. Probably won't go back though.

Came for lunch on a Saturday and were able to grab a table outside under the umbrellas with a view of the beach just across the park. What a lovely spot for lunch! You order & pay at the bar and they bring it to your table. Had pork belly which was delicious tho I did think it was supposed to be pulled pork from the description and it turned out to be a thick slice of roast pork. But it was delicious and tasty so I got over it. Lol! Staff behind the counter were nice and food was great.

I really want to express how much Taylor - Manager from Northies made my 40 birthday so special. She went above and beyond with care. To be honest I haven’t seen any manager who cares and look after their clients the way she did. Thank you! You definitely made my experience really special. High recommend Northies. Great food, happy atmosphere and staffs are amazing!

Oh how the mighty have fallen. This place used to be THE place to be seen on a Sunday in cronulla. It's now a shadow of its old self.

The service was absolutely abysmal, snappy girls with frowns behind the bar that were too busy chatting with each other to even care about giving decent service.

First the girls went up to the fully stocked and staffed cocktail bar and asked for 2 pina coladas. They were met with an eye roll and shortly and bluntly told, "only what's on the menu". So they ordered a drink from the menu and then we're given a number to take to their table?! Despite 3 staff in the bar. Seriously you cannot make a cocktail on the spot? Like, what? Then the girls waited 15 minutes for their drink, only getting it after having to call over a hopelessly lost looking waiter doing laps of the venue looking for our number - that was displayed prominently at the end of our table.

Seriously guys, this is a terrible way to run a bar.

Then our table sat full of empty glasses for half an hour, after we all switched to beers. In the end, I took the glasses back to the bar myself.

On top of this, the decor is tired looking and well in need of a refresh, with paint chipped tables and just everything in a general sad state, with closed off feeling booths that need to be opened up to match the beautiful view of North beach.

It was Sunday and the place felt barren, no music, no vibe, no atmosphere, just a bunch of soccer mums and dads sitting around.

It's sad to see, this place used to be a local institution. I think the only way to turn it around is new management and a refresh...

We attended the venue for lunch for my 30th birthday and celebration after giving birth the week before. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received whilst at the venue and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I ordered the southern fried chicken burger and buffalo chicken wings. The wings had been brought out along with our friend’s meals without the burger. 15 minutes later I enquired about my meal at the counter. I could see the burger sitting under the heat lamp with a clearly visible burn mark to the lid of the hun from the burger sitting under the heat lamp for so long. The staff handed me the burger without an explanation. I walked back to the table to realise the chicken was cold. I went back to the counter and explained the chicken was cold, the reply from the staff member was “so what do you want me to do”. I asked for a replacement. About 5 minutes later, a burger was brought to the table with the same visible burn mark on the lid of the bun. I checked the temperature of the chicken and it was ridiculously hot, the lettuce was now soggy and so were the chips. I took the meal back and asked for a refund, the staff member said “we replaced it with a new one”. I then spoke to the manager explaining the whole story again, asked for a refund. The manager didn’t even offer a free drink or really apologise even after I had explained it was my birthday and I’d just had a child. Pretty poor customer service. The chicken wings were expensive, 8 wings for $18. The female bathrooms were atrocious. One of the sinks had...

went yesterday early dinner and was put off by many things food mainly being ignored while at bar was just one aspect, not having bottled water so as to be able to purchase a bottle for the long drive home and then there was the food a kids pizza that was NOT made on a fresh base ( more than likely a pitta pocket base) despite the staff stating that it was. then there was the cheese aspect on this pizza despite them stating that it was fresh. and according to them it was but wen u work in food u know the difference this pizza looked as if you had cooked prior let cool and then just zapped it the cheese had that cold congealed look to it a sign that it was not made to order. My friend ordered a pulled pork taco and chips the chips were stale and burnt (bitter burnt like that had been cooked left to go cold and then cooked again to refresh but at that point over done) wen cooking chips i can understand par cooking them yes makes service quicker and more efficient but honestly par cooking is just blanching them so instead of it taking 3-5 mins it takes 30 seconds i feel and believe you hv taken the chips too far ) and yes while we did ask to hv the chips recooked we were NOT overly happy with the quality as well as the service come on guys u hv got a prime location opposite the beach business strive for “ the destination to eat” u guys just go for “ this will do” attitude even as to who was serving at the till lack of coms u want to help ur customers and coming back service i and...
