Had not visited for a few years, so was excited to be going back today for Fathers Day lunch with friends. From the minute we walked in, it was like we were a bother. No friendly greeting, just pointed at the table we were to sit at. We arrived on time for the 12noon sitting with minimal other guests. Still, it took over 30mins for them to even ask if we'd like anything and finally take our order. The kids chicken came out quickly. All other meals took over an hour more - the kids were done and off to the park. They just kept asking 'is there anything else' like we were leaving! All the waitstaff continued to look perplexed when we responded over and over with 'yes! our meals!' Nearly two hours later our meals arrive except for one - the prawn rigatoni. Everyone had finished eating and after numerous 'its coming in a few minutes', the cream sauce was watery, the pasta was soggy and there was two measly prawns in the bowl! The manager then said 'oh, I'll only charge you half price for that' as if he was doing me a favour!!! I've never refused to pay for a meal in my life but today was the first. I ate the two measly prawns only because I was starving by that stage (no offer of another meal or a complimentary side dish to keep us going while we waited and waited with no explanation). The manager stood out the front and vaped while he chatted with his friends and it is apparent that not a single person that works there has ever been trained in hospitality and what the job of a waiter is. Too many ppl running around looking busy doing absolutely nothing at all, while their guests sit with empty plates and empty drinks. I managed to get the waiters attention long enough to order only two cocktails in the over two hours we were there. Barely an apology when we left and he still tried to charge us for the rigatoni! Very, very disappointing for...

Absolutely ruined Valentine’s Day, got to CC’s and were seated at a table that was wobbly, no big deal, then ordered the Valentine’s Day set menu, drinks came out quick, first entree took a little time and got 2 oysters on ice with a lemon wedge, then the following 2 entrees came out relatively quick, and then waited about an hour and 10 mins without any food until I got up and asked the staff they told me they are very sorry and would start our mains now….. 10 mins later we got dry and hard chicken and overcooked salmon, the only thing saving that restaurants face is Ben what an absolute gentleman, realised the kitchen stuffed up and wiped our debt and apologized profusely, I still insisted on paying for drinks as Ben and the waitresses were absolutely amazing, but I guess we were not the only table that got up and left without receiving any food we watched quiet a few tables…. Honestly this restaurant has so much potential but need to do a lot better especially on days like Valentine’s Day, and please for the love of food you’re in Cronulla get fresh seafood and please get a head chef that can cook chicken and salmon….. again I want to thank Ben and the amazing waitresses for their outstanding...

I’ve always loved CC Babcoq and was excited to celebrate my birthday here, but the lunch was memorable for all the wrong reasons. While the drinks were great and the food was decent, the service was disappointing. The staff made us feel guilty for ordering drinks, even though we had paid for an all-you-can-drink package. They would often walk away midway through taking our orders, leaving half of our group without the chance to order. Drinks were extremely slow to come out – cocktails took about 20 minutes – and when we tried to order ahead, knowing the delays, we were told we couldn’t order another drink while one was still on our table due to RSA laws. While I understand the policy, if they’re going to enforce that, the drinks really need to come out faster.

To top it off, by 5 p.m., the restaurant was completely empty with no one waiting for a table. Yet when we asked for a group photo, we were rudely told to leave because they needed the table. It felt dismissive and soured what should have been a special day. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t...

Ordered the lamb shoulder arrived as lamb square of Luke warm meat in cold jus with half a lemon meat had strange taste plates were cold which didn’t help the food being cold. chips were nice but far too much salt so couldn’t eat them, wife ordered the roast duck but it must have been reheated as both dishes arrived within about 10mins at the same time? Very expensive for what you are served. Barman wearing tracksuit pants Bathroom was filthy and the kitchen was the same with dirty water all over the floor. I saw pre made salads coming out of the fridge so not much fresh food to order I suspect! Seems to be set up more as a cocktail bar. Disappointing Dinner.

We were a group of 11 celebrating an upcoming wedding. Our server, Fynn, from the start, made sure our luncheon was a memorable one. We chose the set menu, which provided perhaps too much food. The starters were particularly tasty, such as the broccomoli dip & scallops. The pistachio tiramisu was soft & subtle in its taste. They catered for alternative diets. The drinks offered many types of cocktails & a good deal for Verve Cliquot champagne.

Visited this restaurant for dinner and it was a great choice, the service was flawless and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the cocktails, in particular the coco margs are out of this world good. We shared a few plates, the food was fresh and each dish had a unique twist that brought more flavour out of the ingredients, it was delicious and we will definitely be back to try more menu options!
