Went there as someone with coeliac disease there are not many places that can cater. Numerous reviews and comments stating they are really good with GF options so we took a chance and ordered there. I ordered a GF chicken caesar Salad, when it was placed on the table I noticed croutons were in the salad. I asked the waitress to check that they were GF as the bread didn't look like it. She went cto the kitchen, came back and said it definitely is. I started eating, given the reassurance, when the manager came running out saying that the meal is in fact NOT GF. The croutons were normal bread. The manager swapped the meal to a GF version but by then the damage was done. I have now suffered glutening symptoms that will last a few days from their negligence. I went to Nulla Nulla last week and had a very disappointing experience. It used to be great there but I haven't been in a while and a lot has changed, perhaps new management?

I ordered a pasta which was absolutely soaked in oil, like I could pour it out of the bowl when I was finished. It was made with canned garlic (not fresh) and there were large pieces of uncooked onion. Not surprisingly, it did not taste good.

I could have overlooked the terrible food if the service had been decent, but it certainly was not. We were seated for half an hour when our food arrived and we had not been offered water. After our food arrived we spent 5-10 minutes trying to flag down a staff member (although they weren't busy) to ask for water, forks and serviettes. The staff seemed annoyed we even asked.
