Crust Pizza Pyrmont — Restaurant in Sydney

A friend of mine ordered pizza in this place, I would never bought it in those franchising because that’s not my idea of pizza. But you know, sometime I don’t have a good opinion about something and then I change my mind and get surprised. Well, this is not the case. After eating pizza I would have rated 2 stars, but my friend also ordered cinnamon buns and OMG, it was like eating plastic! No one of my friends liked them. So I would have given to this place just 1 star, but then after a couple of days the same friend ordered waffles from there and they were not so bad. Even if my friend asked to have them with chocolate sauce and they give us maple sauce. My friends thought the sauce was too sweet but I think eating it with waffles was ok. I have to highly commend the Manager, Sue, who is amazing. She is calm under pressure and provided outstanding customer service in delivering my last minute order of 140 pizzas. Due to miscommunication on my part, she was expecting to fulfil my order the next day. However, I needed the pizzas in 40 minutes for 250 people. She assured me she could fulfil my order a day early and start delivering in 40 minutes which she did! It took over an hour for all 140 to arrive with only two drivers on motorbikes but they came and the guests were satisfied. Ordered some pizzas for work, and pre-paid with my credit card. When I ordered, the person from Crust said the pizzas would arrive within the hour. 75 minutes later, pizzas still hadn't arrived so I called back. They told me the delivery was on the way. 45 minutes further (so 2 hours now) I called again, and the person tells me the delivery person couldn't get to the address (we're on Castlereagh street and there is plenty of on street parking).

So basically, 2 hours later and he has cancelled my order without bothering to tell me, and I had to ask him to refund my credit card. Terrible service in what should have been a...
