Mimmos Pizza Brookvale — Restaurant in Sydney

03.11.2017 Hello, It has been a while since our last review. We have been a bit slack specially given our last review. We ordered 3 times since our last review and were very please with our pizza every time. As mentioned in our previous review, the trick to a good pizza is to order when ready and not in advance. I'd rather wait 5 min for my pizza to come out nice hot and fresh rather than getting a cold/warm pizza. We'll go back as we are always happy with the quality of the pizza. 18.08.2017 Hello, We're back again. A shame we have to delete our previous review to write another one though. Anyway, we have order from Mimmo's pizza again... well this time we were quite disappointed. As you can see on the pictures the pizza are quite dark. Anja's was warm if not cold and mine was definitely not burning hot. Flavors were still nice, but the pizza were stale. We actually ordered some for our neighbours as well and they told us the same thing. So I have to specify one thing, it was a pick up order. I had placed the order around 19:00 for a 20:15 pick up. I guess I learnt my lesson, NEVER place your order in advance. Nevertheless quite disappointed. Next time will be the...

Went for dinner with a mate, ordered an entree and two mains. After the entree my friends main came out. I waited for 45 for my pizza to arrive, half the restaurant had eaten and left before my friend asked the waitress about the pizza. she disappeared for a couple of minutes, then walked out and put a stone cold seafood pizza infront of me and walked away. I proceeded to the cash register, where the waitress that served me quickly dissapeared, i handed te cold pizza to the second waitress and asked her for the bill. The first waitress reapeared and asked me if i wanted to order a takaway pizza to which I replied no. I then asked the girl processing the bill to throw in the entree for free considering I hadnt had the pizza i ordered for dinner. She replied no I cannot do that. Worst customer service experiance I have recieved in any buisness let alone a restaurant. There wasnt even a sorry from the staff. I have been eating at Mimmos for the past 30 years, I have taken friends, family and colleagues and buisness associates there in the past..... I will never take my buisness or family and friends there again... Thank you mimmos for the worst experience and service in my 45...

Don’t normally leave reviews tbh unfortunately cannot leave a zero star ….. so the star is for the uber driver who was quick …so god knows if i got one of the slow uber ones ..

I have had many a pizza from here , drastically gone downhill guys ..ordered family size pizza , received a 11” burnt cold, not even warm …. unedible smaller than the average pizza , let alone the family size i ordered … the base was hard and chewy and the crust if that’s what it was was rock hard … the tomato pasata was peppery and pepperoni burnt on the edges which tarnished the whole pizza …. Hands down probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my life …tried ringing many many times to complain …. But no awnser… let upon over to sort !

This seems to be a common occurrence from the numerous reviews ……..

Very very disappointed …. All in all $28.95 for a cold , burnt rock hard frizbee….

Not sure where you got your reputation from , Cole’s own brand pizza area million times better...
