I have ordered a set menu -2 pizzas, a side and a drink - One pizza was wrong when I checked the pizza once delivered. I requested the delivery man to re-deliver the correct one.
The delivery still did not show up after 1 and half hours, I was very patient as I finished my dinner. so I called the store to chase up.
In the first attempt, the store staff politely asked me to wait in order to transfer to the manager, however it was cut off after a few minutes.
In second attempt, I could speak to the manager (Anubhav) and he said that he will have to check with the delivery guy first and get back to me as he was not informed anything. I told him that the delivery man can make a mistake and I understood it is busy Friday night. He also didnât apologise about this situation.
The manager suggested that they would deliver the pizza now or a store credit that I can order a pizza from Monday to Friday only and need to add additional orders if I want to use the store credit. The suggestion didnât meet my expectation therefore, I rejected the suggestion. I asked him to get a pizza delivery from Monday to Friday only not adding any other order.
He was extremely rude, and he didnât want to listen and understand this situation. After he showed me the attitude, I started to be frustrated to talking to him.
The manager also mentioned the wrong delivery is not a his mistake and he is very busy to cook the pizza and will ask the delivery guy to pay me, plus keep saying â WHAT DO YOU WANTâ. He also asked me to come to the store talk as he doesnât have time to talk over the phone â I was offended.
From that time, I donât want to order the pizza and the store credit anymore and requested a refund for the pizza (approx.$18 as per the manager), however, he is not able to refund the pizza unless whole order cancel (Approx. $42) and insist me to take the credit as he said â Why should I lose moneyâ.
He has spoken to his RM (?) about it and got back to me within 3min, his RM also can not do refund the pizza only. Therefore I requested him to transfer the RM, so I can speak with him directly as the manager was extremely arrogant, However RM was not available over the weekend. I asked him to get the RMâs name and He said â WHY DO YOU NEED HIS NAME, YOU TOOK MY NAME ALREADYâ .I have requested him a full refund now as he ruined my time and emotion from the order but he hung up the phone.
$18 is definitely not worth it for this situation, however, it has been turned into a huge satisfaction matter.
I paid the right amount to get the set menu but not full of the menu delivered. I would contact the NSW Fair Trading to report this situation and get my money back.

I saw some guy in a dominos outfit on his motorbike driving past my home and next thing was Iâm being asked to mark my experience with how their service went.
There was no phone call being made to me informing me of what happened to my order. Rather Iâm being asked to call them back like itâs the customerâs duty to trace up on the where abouts of their delivery order
So I re-ordered and this time it didnât go thru online and Iâm being asked to call them again
So Iâve wasted an hour of my time for something that either wasnât made or simply was botched up with somebodyâs elseâs orders. Very bad customer service honestly No calls made (despite you enlisted your contact your number in the order process online) to inform you of whatâs happened to your order just very nonchalant behaviour like they couldnât care less. Poorly managed Iâd say especially an order that been scheduled 3hrs before they open!
Wouldnât recommend this and if you have the time and chance Iâd rather drop by at Bondi pizza on George st or other wood fire pizza chains coz at least itâs ordered face to face and thereby whatever issues that may occur itâs dealt with on the spot and problem with ur order is being âacknowledgedâ not just a notice online that âyou need to ring up n find out what happened to...
   Read moreYou guys usually great on delivery on freshness while it is hot but this time, however, from happy to extremely disappointed, this time the pizza didn't arrive until 10.09 pm. The pizza was slightly warm and it is not even hot, I have to even used my oven just to help heat it up abit. explain to the driver as my deliveries are less than 6 minutes away from the store and even he is trying to make an excuse saying he has alot of deliveries as I have seen the route he takes and track his GPS how he only deliver 2 stop from the pizza is ready at 9.35 and not arriving until 10.09pm that's like 34 minutes additional after the pizza is finish from making. I would be that upset if he just simply given me an apology. Usually, i paid 20 minutes guarantee on most days but there is no option on Sunday. I really don't mind being late due to Sunday but Seriously the store needs to priorities the time of the deliveries especially when you want to charge Sunday rates. Should have a warning when taking orders online if there is a delay, which I would have excepted but when the estimation time said estimation delivery time arrival at 9.45 pm usually allow plus 10 minutes allowance when it shouldn't arrive at 10.09 pm this you guys should have honour it. why charge extra on Sunday when the Pizza is nearly cold. definitely won't be recommended on Sunday deliveries ever. plus this is not...
