I recently had the opportunity to experience this place, and overall, it was a truly delightful and memorable visit. From the beginning to the end, there were many highlights that stood out and made this a place worth recommending to friends, family, and fellow travelers. While there are a few areas that could be improved slightly, the positives far outweigh the minor issues, which is why I’m giving it a very solid and well-deserved 4-star rating.
Starting with the ambiance – it was absolutely beautiful. The design and atmosphere of the space were elegant yet comfortable, modern with subtle touches of charm that gave it a personality of its own. Everything felt clean, thoughtfully arranged, and well-maintained. There was a quiet, calm energy throughout, which made it feel like a retreat from the busy world outside.
The staff were another highlight of my experience. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to the service staff, there was a sense of professionalism and pride in their work that I deeply appreciated. One staff member even went out of their way to help me with a last-minute request, which they handled with warmth and efficiency.
As for the room (or space/product, if you’re reviewing something else), it was spacious, well-equipped, and clearly cleaned to a high standard. The bed was comfortable, the layout was functional and visually pleasing, and there were thoughtful details throughout—like good lighting, quality furnishings, and quiet surroundings. It was a place where I could fully relax and unwind, which is exactly what I had hoped for.
The food (if relevant) was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served beautifully. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a small snack, I found the quality and presentation consistently high. There was a nice variety of options, including some healthy and vegetarian-friendly choices, which I really appreciated. The wait staff were attentive but not intrusive, always checking in at the right times without being overbearing.
One of my favorite parts of the entire experience was the extra features – such as a rooftop area, garden, spa, or cozy lounge (depending on the place you’re referring to). These areas made the whole experience feel more complete and luxurious without being overwhelming or pretentious. I loved spending time there just enjoying the atmosphere, which added so much value to my stay.
Now, the reason I’ve held back one star is not because anything major went wrong, but more because of small details that could be improved to elevate the experience from “very good” to “exceptional.” For example, while most of the amenities worked perfectly, there were a few minor hiccups—such as a slow Wi-Fi connection in some areas, or a slight delay in one of the services. Nothing that ruined my stay, but just enough to notice and note for improvement.
Overall, I had a truly wonderful time and would absolutely return. This place clearly cares about the guest experience, and the level of attention to detail and service made that obvious. If you’re looking for a place that balances comfort, quality, and style with warm hospitality, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Signing up and booking the table online was easy, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. However, when we tried to apply the voucher using the QR code system, it showed as invalid. Two staff members were polite and tried to help, eventually processing our order manually. However, they informed us that only $13 of the discount applied because it was for a child. This was disappointing, especially since I had entered my child’s age during registration. It would have been better if the system recognized this upfront.
Another issue we faced was the inconsistent behavior of the staff. While two of them were helpful, one staff member, unfortunately, did not know how to behave with customers. We felt uncomfortable as three different staff members attended to our table for the same order, which added to the confusion.
We came to Bondi Pizza to enjoy a nice meal and make our child’s birthday special, but the experience was affected by these issues. I hope Bondi Pizza improves its service process to avoid such situations and ensures a smoother, more pleasant experience for all customers.

Read moreI’ve been a customer of BP for over 8 years. However, I felt compelled to leave a review for the first time due to the steadily declining quality of both food and service, which was particularly evident during my visit to the Parramatta store last night October 1st.
The restaurant was pretty quiet on a Wednesday night, we were told our food would arrive within 15–20 minutes. After waiting about 35 minutes, I had to follow up with the staff, the order started coming out few mins after. and halfway through our meal, three items from our order were still missing. There was clear confusion from the kitchen as they weren’t even sure what had been sent out — a staff member had to come out to confirm if a pizza had been delivered, and our sides didn’t arrive until much later.
There were two managers on duty. The first one I spoke to was friendly and helpful, but then she finished her shift. I raised my frustration with the other manager who stayed back, but all I received was a very brief “sorry about that” with no further explanation. I wasn’t expecting much, but a simple acknowledgment like “the kitchen missed your docket” or “your order was accidentally sent to the wrong table” would have gone a long way. Instead, there was no clarity or follow-up, which felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering how quiet the restaurant was.
