Novita Diamonds, best in the business. Being a guy, trying to buy the ring to get your knee dirty is one of the most challenging experiences you can go through. I felt defeated and was resorting to get a mock ring to allow her to buy one of her choosing. I thought long and hard and went against that idea and decided the ring I wanted to surprise her with was the ring that was going to be apart of that special day. After searching at various other stores, the price, the customer care and styles were just not selling it for me. At a last ditch effort I booked an appointment with Novita Diamonds Parramatta after a friend recommendation, I booked a one hour appointment and the staff managed to find a ring that i was confident she would love. Novita being a lab diamond specialist managed to get me a high quality diamond for the fraction of the price, along with a beautiful platinum band. My partner has compared her Novita ring with other friends mined diamonds, their partners paid a fortune for a fraction of the size and quality of our Novita diamond. Fast forward a year later, we booked another appointment for a wedding band with Novita Parramatta. Sanya pulled out a wide range of rings however upon viewing the engagement ring, Sanyas experience in her craft gave her the knowledge to find the perfect wedding band addition to compliment the existing ring! Rachana from the Parramatta store was incredible. From someone who booked the appointment knowing nothing about the 4c’s ring settings or other important considerations, she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I never once felt pressured or like anyone was pulling the wool over my eyes, which in all fairness would have been easy to do given my subject matter knowledge. The design process was clear, logical and efficient and I felt empowered and in control the whole way. The ring arrived ahead of schedule which was great and intentional as Rachana wanted to avoid me having to pay the fast tracking surcharge. Booking appointments could not have been easier (even on public holidays) and we’re even accommodation when I showed up eagerly early! The price I paid for the engagement ring I purchased was only outdone by the craftsmanship and quality, which has landed me favourable with my now fiancé.
