Where do I even start. First of all, the atmosphere was horrible. The restaurant smelled really bad and had a creepy vibe, especially the toilets in the back which smelled nasty and looked disgustingly unmaintained, like something out of a horror movie . The service was hostile and super unwelcoming, and the chairs and tables were not cleaned properly. Instead of being properly seated, we were left to gather our own chairs and were just directed to a table outside.
One worker in particular was extremely nasty to our group, coming up several times to aggressively tell us off because we were holding drinks from other establishments. The food was incredibly overpriced - I ordered the spicy barbecue wings which just tasted like straight honey syrup, and some of my friends bought the $8 mac & cheese which tasted like cheese powder mix (undercooked) and wasn't even mixed properly. The portion was extremely small, not even enough to feed a young child.
My group felt extremely targeted by this unreasonably angry worker. We were unable to finish our food and had to leave after she berated one of our friends so aggressively that she started crying - the hostile environment made it impossible to stay. For context, we were a group of 16-year-old girls who were well behaved and spoke politely to all the staff members. It feels morally wrong for a worker to shout at a group of young girls who were speaking nicely and not doing anything wrong. The worker's behavior appeared to be racially motivated, as she was polite to other customers but treated our group with extreme hostility simply because we were Asian.
Overall, this was a horrible establishment and there are so many better restaurants on Eat Street. There were absolutely no redeeming aspects...

After arriving at 540pm and asking for a table outside (2 people), we were met with the response "sorry we are booked out for a while". No problems. The server offered to place us on a wait list to contact us once a table outside was available.
45 minutes later and no communication, we returned to question what is happening. Upon arrival, we noticed that all of the outdoor patrons were different from those present when we first arrived.
The server then offered us take away as an option, informing us that they were quite busy and unlikely to fulfill the "reservation" we had made through their suggestion.
After opting for takeaway, a table outside became available. While waiting for the takeaway collection, the server (whilst directly in front of us) advised the employee managing bookings that we were no longer on "the list" and proceeded to ignore us and offer the table to a recent arrival.
If you want to use a booking system, use a booking system. Don't go and reallocate willy nilly as you see fit.
Offering a special ($1 wings and $ beers) from 4-6pm is fantastic, but extending it to 9pm will cause issues. It's expected you can deal with issues in an appropriate manner and keep your customers happy.
We've been ordering wingboy for many years, as well as attending bondi pizza (the parent company) for just as long. It's sad to see such poor management and ill-equiped staff being deployed especially during a launch.
The wings are great and always have been.

Read moreMy wife and I and my son visited wing boy at Parramatta on 3 January 2025 and I must say the SERVICE we received from Chloe and the other wait staff was less than A pleasant experience. Chloe quite frankly did not look like she wanted to be there and promptly sat down outside and it was a good 10 minutes before one of your waitresses approached to see if we wanted to order. I can’t understand why, as the Time was approximately 730 and apart from one couple There was no one else seated inside the restaurant The food SERVICE was average to say the least an example of that would be. I asked for salt in the young waitress looked at me blankly and I again repeated that I wanted extra salt and after five minutes she returned. My wife and I was surprised with the level of SERVICE considering we attended the same venue the first week of opening and it was Bustling with customers and the SERVICE we received from Raquel The area manager as well as other wait staff Was exceptional Attached is a copy of our receipt which indicated the items we ordered The likelihood that we would return to the Parramatta venue Is extremely unlikely even though it’s convenient we will go elsewhere, and possibly Be Greeted By staff that actually do care about the CUSTOMER experience as opposed to displaying an...
