Don't go to this place. Today I was walking past this place with my daughter sleeping in my arm and I saw an empty place to go and sit down so she can sleep and I can rest my back because I have a back problem. Instead the lady there, suggested to me not to sit here because it is only for people who purchase their stuff. I said to her I have a child in my arm and she was like, yep doesn't matter not here. This is not the first time Donut King franchisees have spoken rudely to people who simply wanted to sit down and rest. Instead of being welcoming and nice they dust you off is this how this brand behaves with people. I wish there was a lower star than 1 I would have but unfortunately you have to give them a star, you don't deserve a star. This brand should really consider the kind of people they give...

I went to grab one of the small cups of cinnamon donuts and I asked for it to be warmed up. She told me they don’t have a microwave (why would a cafe not have a microwave?) and then offered to make me a new fresh and hot batch. I didn’t have time so I went back 30 minutes later to order it then. It was another girl serving me and as I asked for the donuts to be freshly made, she told me they couldn’t do that. I then spoke to the other girl again and she said they only do that in the morning after she just offered to make it fresh for me 30 minutes prior. I normally get a coffee and cinnamon doughnuts at least once every weekend before I start work. Usually the staff on the weekend are very friendly and there is one particular lady who is lovely and always remembers what I order even if I haven't been in a whlie. However, after visiting here Tuesday morning, the girl that served me was so rude and refused to stamp my coffee card when I've never had an issue with this in the past.
