Do not recommend eating here on the Weekend, or anytime for that matter. They only serve food in the display area as the kitchen is closed on weekends as its "not busy". The food on display was terrible. The lettuce shriveled, ham dry and bread looked stale and old . I thought it was safer to get a ready made filo pastry with salad. To my surprise it was $15. Apparently with or without salad the pastry itself costs $15! I was advised this price is set by "head office". The food came out with a "salad" that consisted of a few wilted spinach leaves and few pieces of dry coloured cabbage. I was both embarrassed for them and disgusted that they would serve this to customers. I spoke to the manager and provided her feedback about my purchase and the food in the display cabinet. She apologised and said the food wasn't fresh because they aren't "busy" on the weekends. She also said she would prepare a new plate for me with a fresh substantial salad. I thanked her and recommended she provide my feedback to head office. Unfortunately I didn't end up eating anything as the second "improved meal" i was served had a LONG HAIR in the salad. Suffice to say I took it back and asked for a refund. No amount of sorry's can excuse the over charging of stale food and...

The food tastes good and presented nicely, but the service is not great, a bit slow. I normally have 20 mins break, wasted 10-15 mins waiting for coffee.They also make All coffees extremely hot. I understand that some people ask for it, but doesn’t mean to do it for all the customers. I have to ask for warm coffee each time I come in else I will have very hot coffee I think you can’t heat the milk over 60 degree. Would be nice to work on that. Else I am happy with the food tastes...

Been coming here for a few days now and decided today I need to leave a review. I must say, the staff seem to always be so kind, caring, very friendly and welcoming, every time no matter who served me. Their coffee is definitely a solid 10 and the food has not disappointed me it’s always been tasty and very fresh every time I’ve ordered. They make every visit feel a bit more comforting, especially when you’re here for those long hospital...
