Where do I even start honestly the worse customers service .Today I called to fix up a issue that has been happening repeatedly unexplained money out of my account I’ve called numerous times before to see and fix the issue and they kept putting me on hold or referring me to each other finally I spoke to someone from there end explained to me i have no owing and I will get my money back it’s been a week and nothing has came back in my account .

I called again today to see what the issue is for the 100th time the lady on the phone couldn’t even take correct details to open my file put me on hold referred me to another person to speak to waited 10 mins just for the same thing to happen referred me and the wait was almost 20 mins .

DO NOT BUY Comprehensive Car Insurance with this company. It's been over 2 months since we were at a no-at-fault accident and they haven't waived the excess. We have dash cam footage which police have seen and confirmed it's the other party's fault. We have sent multiple emails of the dash cam footage in mp4 format but they keep saying they "haven't got it. Even went to a local NRMA branch to send the USB physically to them and it's been two weeks and they still haven't got. We've had enough, these people are either crooks, incompetent and want you to give up on your claim! DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED...

Just want to say huge thanks to Customer service representative Maha. My Mercedes AMG glass was damage by stones and when I contacted NRMA by phone I get nowhere. Yes, they offer to change it (I got cover for the glass) but refused the original glass installation as my car older then 3 years. To say I have been very frustrated!. However ones I get to Liverpool NRMA and speek at person with a customer services representative Maha everything was fix. It's was easy and she helped all the throgh. Just huge thank you.
