Nestled in the heart of the bustling city lies a culinary gem that offers a gateway to the vibrant flavors of Thailand. This exquisite Thai restaurant, known for its authentic and refined cuisine, presents an ambience that intertwines traditional Thai elements with a touch of modernity, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who step through its doors.

Upon my visit, I had the pleasure of indulging in two of their signature dishes: Pad Thai and fish cakes. The Pad Thai, a quintessential Thai dish, was a symphony of flavors. Expertly prepared, it featured perfectly cooked noodles that were neither too soft nor too firm, tossed with a generous amount of succulent prawns, crunchy peanuts, fresh bean sprouts, and a hint of chili. The balance of sweet, sour, and savory notes was impeccable, with the tangy tamarind sauce elevating the dish to new heights. It was clear that the chef had mastered the art of maintaining the dish's traditional essence while adding a unique twist that left a memorable impression.

The fish cakes were another highlight of the evening. Made from the freshest ingredients, they were delightfully flavorful and had a sublime texture that was both tender and slightly crispy on the outside. Served with a sweet chili sauce that had a perfect blend of sweetness and spice, it complemented the fish cakes beautifully, enhancing their flavor without overpowering it.

Moreover, the service at this restaurant was exemplary. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing recommendations that were spot on and ensuring that the dining experience was seamless from start to finish.

In conclusion, this Thai restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the rich tapestry of Thai cuisine. With its exceptional dishes, like the Pad Thai and fish cakes, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service, it stands as a testament to the culinary delights that Thailand has to offer. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado of Thai food or a curious newcomer, this restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience that will leave you...

Just discovered an amazing three-in-one Thai Restaurant, Cafe, and Bar that stays open until 2 AM! 🇹🇭🍽️ Perfect for those late-night cravings.

The food here is so authentic and affordable! For starters, I highly recommend their deep-fried soft shell crab and the salt & pepper calamari—crispy, flavorful, and so satisfying.

As a Thai salad lover, I had to try their Fat Thaiger Salad (a signature dish) 🥭🍏 with mango, apple, grilled prawns, and a tangy-spicy dressing. It totally took me back to Phuket beach! 🌴

Another standout? The roasted duck salad—soft, tender duck paired with a spicy coconut sauce that’s just perfect! 🦆🥗

For drinks, you must try the Blue Phuket Cocktail 🍹. Not only is it Instagram-worthy, but it instantly transported me to the beach with its refreshing tropical vibes. 🌊💙

This spot is the perfect blend of great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Be sure to check it out!

This is my first food review ever, but i eat alot of take-away and i felt compelled this was necessary. At 11pm on Thursday (11/11/21) I made a pick up order for "Pad khee mao" with pork cost roughly $20. This the first time i ordered from the Fat Thaiger restaurant. it is 5 minutes walk from my home at the Peak Haymarket. Then i walked anxiously until i arrive at home to see whether it tastes good or not. To begin, this was the most satisfying thai dish i have ever taken away from any restaurant. Generous mix of vegetables & pork and my favourite noodles. The picture i take below not do justice, it was full of goodness and definitely worth $20 (the container is much bigger(deeper) than it looks. I was incredibly satisfied slowly eating this for over 45 minutes at home, i tried to make it last forever. you deserve this 5+ star review. congratulations to the chef you are magnificent, this is authentic thai as i remember from visiting thailand. please keep up your very high standard. i am your new favourite and loyal customer and am beginning to tell my friends what i have described above. i will be back shortly to order the exact same dish, again and again - please chef dont change anything - stay the same. thank you.
