Hi friends, I am a sportsman based in Delhi. I am in Sydney this days for a short trip. I googled Indian restaurant nearby got this Fusion India like 3 mins walk. I was doing this in the evening, so I thought let’s try tea & will have dinner later. We Indians can’t live without tea, tea lovers can understand. I visited this place and requested for a cup of tea, thar restaurant girl came back to me and replied sorry we don’t have tea. However it’s mentioned on their menu (I forgot to click the pic). I showed her that it’s mentioned here in your menu suddenly a guy came for her rescue I believe must be the owner of this place. He said for a cup of tea you’ll have to wait as there are no customers for tea right now. I guess they make tea once in a day and keep circulating the same. Then, I told him she’s saying we don’t have tea & you are saying you’ll have to wait. That’s fine I’ll go out and find another restaurant than yours. He walked away, no customer service or retaining the customer. I believe they don’t know anything about food industry, it’s a customer relations industry. If you treat your customers good they will come back and recommend to family and friends as well. The reason he was not ready to make tea actually he wanted me to order something with the tea like samosa or spring roll. He was not ready to take a small order. Food industry can’t be run by someone who has no ethics and no rule book. He should have prepare tea with a smile which he didn’t. Friends don’t visit this place if you are alone or in a group or 2-3. Because they expect you to bring a group of 8-10 to their restaurant every time. I wonder if it’s possible. If you think to order a little that’s not a right place for you. Thanks me later x

Visited this small yet nice restaurant in Sydney. We ordered biryani, chicken manchuria, chicken tikka, tandoori masala, Apollo fish, naan and would have loved to try some more except that we had no room left , lol. And ended our lunch with karak chai. Mr. Kazim did an amazing job in providing great service and authentic taste. We would definitely like to visit again to try other dishes on the menu.

Location is excellent. Their “chicken biryani” was worst I have ever ate; it had two layers like an old biryani from yesterday mixed with new one from today. Naan were very soft and nice. Tandoori chicken was also very delicious. Atmosphere was good. Service was excellent. The female manager was good. However, the biryani spoiled everything.

Small simple restaurant, okay Indian food. Came for the classics (butter chicken, palak paneer, garlic naan). Garlic naan was a highlight. Butter chicken was not that tender and palak paneer was on the watery side. Unfortunately not an enjoyable dine in experience as there was no restroom and no table water - got charged for a bottle of water that we didn’t ask for so thought owner was giving complimentarily, but ended up invoicing us for. TV and music turned off, only one person running the whole restaurant. Would recommend...

I regret to say that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The chicken I ordered was not only days old but also incredibly tough and chewy, making it nearly inedible. The poor quality left a bad taste in my mouth—literally!

To make matters worse, the prices were quite high for what you receive. It’s disappointing to pay a premium for food that feels old and poorly prepared. Overall, my experience was far from satisfying, and I left with a stomachache instead of the enjoyable meal I was hoping for. Save your money and...
