I've heard good things and bad things about Golden Pide. The bad things were all from people whose culinary passion burns as bright as wet moss, so... anyway, I've passed it in the street for years after getting drunk at Bar Cleveland, wondering what magic, or trash, lay beyond those golden walls. After reading hundreds of reviews on Google, the good, the bad and the ugly, I decided to scoot on down and make my own judgement. I am delighted to announce that Golden Pide makes the best kebabs in Sydney. I go back there every couple of days. Tender beautiful juicy kebabs, rolled tightly with love and wisdom. Word on the street is that it's not great for delivery, and the preferences are not always adhered to, but by golly, getting a kebab delivered to your house is about the craziest thing you can do. What's a kebab without a bit of kebab roulette. Golden Pide for the prize....

I've eaten at this place multiple times & have yet been disappointed.

I've had a chicken burger with the lot, & it was delicious. Chicken was cooked perfectly, produce was fresh, & sauce combination chilli Mayo was nice.

I love there crinkle cut hot chips. Seasoning was delicious, & serving size is decent.

I've also had their pides & i must say their one of the best around. I've had their spinach feta, mixed meat with the lot, turkish sausage, minced meat with parsley, egg plant & lamb pide. They were all tasty & nicely cooked. The bread was cooked all the way through, & it was soft. Seasoning was delicious.

Service was nice, friendly, and welcoming. Wait, time wasn't long at all. There is plenty of seating area & tables were nice & clean

I would highly recommend trying this place. I will definitely be visiting again and trying there highly talked about bbq charcoal...
