I want to thank the team at Grill’d World Square for helping me on Wednesday 10 August, around 5:30PM. I ordered through the app and forgot to change the bun to gluten free. I realised my error after I picked it up, so went back to ask if I could swap the buns (thinking I would just cop the gluten contamination) and pay for the trouble. However, the two staff (if I recall correctly, a tall and tan brunette with tight curly hair in an up-do in the kitchen and fair-skinned brunette with wavy hair worn down at the counter?) were insistent that they remake it for me, and refused to charge me as well. They were so nice and unbothered by it, I couldn’t believe it. This is not the first time that I’ve had such great service at a Grill’d!
