Massive serving sizes for very decent prices. That is very appreciated. The service is really friendly and welcoming and nice and attentive. The lychee drink was so yummy! With fresh delicious lychees on top! I have to restate the massive value for money that all the items are. They are very generous for very good prices. And everything is fresh too. The food came out quick and was very hot and fresh. The seating is comfortable and spacious with a simple warm atmosphere. I deducted a few points for this reason only: it's definitely not the best Thai food compared to a lot of other Thai restaurants. I would pick any other Thai restaurant over this one simply because the food tastes a bit better....this place leaves a bit to be desired in the flavour of the food. On its own it is great tasting food and definitely as fresh as any other place. But compared to other Thai restaurants, this one falls behind in flavour. I will definitely come back if I'm hanging out with friends and I'll try something different next time. And I will get the lychee drink again !

Manager/owner PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! I’ve been your customer for few years. Your food, service and prices are simply the best. I drive 45mins with my family to come and eat at your place. Today I experienced bad customer services, I actually felt unwelcome and was ignored by one of your staff members even thought I made it clear that I needed her help. The same happened when I requested to go upstairs, my request was rejected even though there was few empty tables (more convenient for me bec I had to perform my prayers). Despite being disappointed, I gave you five stars. I can’t just slam you because of one incidence or one staff member that didn’t act in a professional and welcoming way. I am also a business owner and do understand how hard it is to run business post Covid. Please look into the behaviour of this staff member and make sure it doesn’t affect anyone else. Anyone can change if they receive proper training and feedback Wish u all the best. Thanks

I usually don’t write reviews, but after this disappointing Tom Kha, I had to. Me and my partner have been going to it’s Time for Thai for over a year, but this was a major let down. After receiving a bowl of hot coconut milk the first time, we asked for a less creamy soup (since Tom kha is traditionally clear soup topped with coconut milk, not solely coconut milk. I don’t think they made it again, just added hot water. And I don’t mind that, but it was still too creamy to eat. As someone who struggles with digestive issues, this was very annoying (on Christmas Day!). I only fished out the tofu and veggies… not worth it. Hope they can improve as most of their dishes are much better. Edit: my partner is Thai, I am western (European), and I did not feel like this was authentic Thai food. We eat Thai food every day and it is never like this. I must say, we don’t think it will be “time for Thai” again for us.

The food is delicious and fresh. Good authentic Thai flavours. Their lack of a rotating seasonal menu and the service is what's letting it down.

When I first arrived at the restaurant I took a quick look at the menu. The variety of authentic dishes on the menu looked quite good and the prices were very reasonable. After waiting nearly 5 mins or so standing at the door while two wait staff just stood in the dining room ignoring me, I was finally seated by someone coming out of the kitchen. I tried to place my order one of the waitstaff only to be told that all of my choices were not available because it's not in season... 🙄 no recommendations for an alternative dish either... Just that it wasn't in season. No matter, I went with my second... Sometimes third choice...

The food came out quickly and was delicious. Shame is not given a set of personal cutlery to eat with but that's what the serving spoon/fork is for!

After enjoying dinner, I decided to go for some dessert. Again I was told that a large selection was unavailable due to it not being in season. Disappointed and not fully satisfied, I decided to explore the test of town to find some other place for dessert.

Overall an average place to dine. Given the selection of other Thai restaurant in the area I don't think I will...

Went there with the whole family on a weekend -Customer service was what you expect at a restaurant but nothing to be remembered by -We were seated upstairs as we were a big group; there were a lot of stains on the seating, the glasses smelt a bit "dusty", and the lighting was not turned on for us even though it was a pretty gloomy day -Whilst reading the menu, the prices and food seemed delicious However... -The appetizers were less than average, the Money Bags tasted like they were fresh...out of Woolworths frozen section. -The stir fry's were surprisingly overly sweet, an opinion the whole family agreed upon and the capsicum in them also tasted off and were moved aside whilst eating. -The Massaman Curry was pretty good (solid 8/10) However the portion sizes for these dishes were absolutely shocking! It seemed like we were given taste test samples of the dishes instead of the actual dishes. I've seen other reviews talk about the portion sizes being "generous" and "big", and so it was when I went ALONE during the $12 Lunch Special on a weekday; however for some reason the same generosity didn't seem to apply when I went with the whole family. Overall the experience was below average and nothing to be...
