Will never come back again

The cashier lady and the manager are rude and not friendly at all. You do not want to spend your money and not feel like a customer. They talk back like they don’t need customer to support them.

There is no tissue box in the room, called for service bell but no one never comes in to check. Ordered drinks thru their QR code, it never comes. Their toilet is extremely dirty.

Ordered a Jar of whisky mixed with coke. The coke is flat, literally zero bubble. At one sec I thought I’m drinking a plum juice. The jar looks like at least 2L, but it only pours out four little cup of drinks. Because, the whole jar is filled WITH ICE!! They charged $40. But you are actually paying $20 for the Ice.

Seriously, there are lot of places in Sydney to spend your money and staff are nicer, services is more pro and they give you a fresh coke.

Don’t waste your moeny, try somewhere else. I’m sure it is so easy to find somewhere greater than...

The staff attitude is RUDE, just come inside the room and stop the music, turn on the light and try to argue with us, said is not allowed to take any outside drinks, but the drink is ordered before and just pick up during the session we paid. The staff named J** is so bad attitude even we just step in to ask for a room. Even is in cheap price but not gonna come anymore, if the worker is not happy with the amount they charge, it might make their workload even harder, they should be feedback to the owner/ person on charge, in stead of being rude to your customers. Is not about the cost we been pay or even we can just let the staff drink it, it is an understandable situation, but not to express your bad feelings to the customer, customer will feel they been offence. It's okay. Nights and weekend prices are on par with other karaoke places in Burwood. The selection of songs was disappointing and the menus were hard to navigate. Hubby was disappointed in the lack of rock music; while there was pop music, there were odd choices (how can you have songs from No Doubt, but not "Don't Speak", for example?). Food and drinks were pricey, no cocktails. The rooms were nice, but the small room is tiny, even for four people. Staff was interesting...the men working there were really friendly, but the woman at reception very visibly rolled her eyes when we asked to use our Discover voucher, even though we still spent over $250 on the room + food and drinks.
