I had stopped with my daughter to grab some coffees and a snack. There was a small miscommunication which initially resulted in not getting the banana bread I ordered (and didn't pay for - which I didn't realise). The coffees were very enjoyable with quick service. I approached the staff and asked about the food. The staff member was very apologetic for the miscommunication and gave us the banana bread for free. She didn't need to do that but her kindness went a long way. Come here all the time as we live just upstairs from this cafe. but today shocking. The two girls who served us wouldn’t let me add anything to my sandwich which I usually get and the food was just so sloppy. My friend got ricotta toast which was burnt and very little topping. When I asked to add stuff as the sandwich was incredibly mid and dry, they were rude about it and unhelpful. Coffee is excellent but service makes me never want to return. Very very...

Bought bacon and egg rolls, and were surprised at how quickly it was served. Turns out it was because the eggs had been cooked beforehand, and were put in the rolls cold with warmed up bacon.
