Rude, Unprofessional Service – Avoid This Place!

My recent visit to Lanshi Beef Noodles was completely ruined by the shockingly bad attitude of one of the chinese waitresses, a woman with light brown hair who clearly has no business working in customer service. From the moment we sat down, she was impatient, dismissive, and outright rude.

She barely greeted us and ignored us when we asked questions about the food. When we requested for takeaways, she gave us an eye roll and muttered under her breath, absolutely unacceptable behaviour! Her tone was condescending, as if serving customers was some kind of inconvenience.

A restaurant’s reputation isn’t just about food; it’s also about service. And this waitress single-handedly made our meal miserable. Management should either retrain her or remove her from customer-facing roles. She has no place in hospitality. Until then, I’m warning others: steer clear of this place unless you enjoy being treated...

This new noodle restaurant is located on the old 149 kitchen area. And it’s just opened to start trial operation a few days ago. We went to this restaurant around 12pm and need to wait in a long queue. And we found there was a free eating event in this restaurant and we are happy to try it. But unfortunately when we got in line, the free noodle soup was no longer available, so we had to order other things instead. And other noodles were half price (this is another event). So finally we paid $11 per person after half price discount. The noodles were good, but a bit bland, it should be salty but not. Maybe they were so busy and forgot to put more in.
