I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service and misbehaviour displayed by one of your managers during my recent visit to your McDonald's McDonald's Olympic Park on 30/04/23 at 14:12hrs.

During my visit, I encountered a manager named Rea. She was rude and unprofessional when addressing my concerns about my order. I waited for over 20min to get a single meal order. when I asked about the delay in my order, indicating that many people who ordered their food before are being served and why there is a delay in my food. She checked and chucked only the burger into the bag and gave it to me. There were fries and packets of ketchup missing when I opened the bag. She didn’t even bother giving me the drink and the straw. I collected those items myself. The manager's unacceptable behavior left me disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

As a long-time patron of your establishment, I am saddened by this experience, and I believe it falls short of the high standards of service that your company strives to uphold. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address this issue.

I suggest that you train your managers and staff on how to handle customer complaints in a respectful and professional manner. It would also be helpful to ensure that your staff members are well-equipped to handle busy periods and to manage their stress levels in a healthy and productive manner.
