McDonald's Olympic Boulevard — Restaurant in Sydney

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service and misbehaviour displayed by one of your managers during my recent visit to your McDonald's McDonald's Olympic Park on 30/04/23 at 14:12hrs.

During my visit, I encountered a manager named Rea. She was rude and unprofessional when addressing my concerns about my order. I waited for over 20min to get a single meal order. when I asked about the delay in my order, indicating that many people who ordered their food before are being served and why there is a delay in my food. She checked and chucked only the burger into the bag and gave it to me. There were fries and packets of ketchup missing when I opened the bag. She didn’t even bother giving me the drink and the straw. I collected those items myself. The manager's unacceptable behavior left me disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

As a long-time patron of your establishment, I am saddened by this experience, and I believe it falls short of the high standards of service that your company strives to uphold. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address this issue.

I suggest that you train your managers and staff on how to handle customer complaints in a respectful and professional manner. It would also be helpful to ensure that your staff members are well-equipped to handle busy periods and to manage their stress levels in a healthy and productive manner.

I visited this McDonald’s outlet a few times, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the food was delicious and satisfying, especially the Big Mac on a steamed bun, which was soft and fluffy. I also loved the McNuggets, which were crispy and tender. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they offered me ketchup and napkins.

On the other hand, the place was often extremely busy, and that affected the service quality. I had to wait for a long time to place my order and receive my food, and sometimes the order was not accurate. I also noticed that there were no toilets in the outlet, which was inconvenient. I had to walk to the public restrooms nearby, which were not very clean. The parking was also somewhat limited, and I had to circle around a few times to find a spot.

Overall, I would say that this McDonald’s outlet is good for a quick bite, but not for a leisurely meal. It has its pros and cons, and it depends on what you are looking for. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I ordered through the app for meals with friends. We didn't get everything we ordered, missing few items. We tried calling the store and automated message gave us strange email address to contact instead while McD service centre said they can only return the money for whats missing. We would have to order again, pay delivery fee and service fee again, to get those missing items. They won't give us free delivery for our missing items, they won't give us vouchers for paying for those fees again.

McD is a multibillion dollar company all over the world and they scam off from customers despite their mistakes. Making them pay extra $10 for their mistakes. It might be little money to them this is enough to sour the mood when you are trying to enjoy your time with friends.

Also burger meat was stale, burgers were extremely bland, wrong food placed in the wrong box, chicken nuggests were also chewy. HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. ONE STAR IS A WASTE ON THIS STORE.
